I recommended Joe to my elderly neighbor who had an emergency when his hot water tank leaked and caused a flood in his basement. I know joe's work and professional demeanor so I didn't hesitate to get him in touch with my neighbor. Joe showed up right away and changed the water tank quickly and efficiently and removed the old tank and cleaned up any mess left behind. Joe is a stand-up guy. I truly appreciate him for what he did. I had an issue with a backed up sewer line. He sat on the phone listening to my issue and gave advice. He saved me from way overpaying with another company, and had his guys come the following day and charged me what he said should be the going rate for the service. Two other companies wanted to charge more than double and quadruple what Joe charged. His guys came early the next day as promised and solved the issue for me. I will be using Joe from now on. A man who is honest, keeps his word and charges an absolute fair price is someone who should get plenty of business. I hope my words here gets you even more business Joe. Thank you!

I had a leak and my old plumber had retired. After calling several plumbers, I called Joe; he got back to me within the hour. He was at my home the next day (Friday, Labor Day Weekend). Joe was polite and respectful, he works neatly and efficiently. Joe's fee was significantly less than other quotes I got from plumbers listed on Yelp. Joe is now my new plumber; I recommend him without reservations.

Have been using Joe for a number of years now and have always found him to be more than fair and honest - and lead times for appointments has been reasonable. Excellent communication. Also nice to see that Joe and crew are wearing masks during this time of COVID. I don't remember how I found him but I'm glad I did and I haven't hesitated to recommend him to others. Joe has installed faucets, repaired toilets and also repaired my boiler and I will continue to use him in the future. Just a good guy. Rare these days.
