Love Joe the Plumber! This man is so knowledgeable and Phenomenal in his profession! We would definitely and strongly recommend him for ALL your plumbing needs! His prices are affordable and will not over-sell you like many other businesses do. He thoroughly explains to you the repairs needed.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I could give him 0 stars, I would. He doesn't even deserve one star! I am a small business owner of 43 years and in the last couple years I have given him a lot of business. I have always paid him on time, showed him nothing but appreciation even when he messed up himself and still charged me for his mistake. I paid without hesitation, thinking I was supporting a small business owner like myself. However, I come to find out that he will just take your money and then slander your business name for no reason in his personal life to others! He has no respect for his customers and is very unprofessional!

We have used them for several major things in our home such as water heater, new toilets, etc. But, would NOT use them again! They do NOT value their customers. They charged us because they MESSED up, something THEY caused and yet, sent US a bill! They Screwed on a house water filter way too tight for my husband to get off. THEY screwed it on and yet, WE had to pay and pay TWICE! The first time was 60.00 because they felt bad charging us the full price but they did the SAME thing again! Screwed it on so tight, even the plumber was straining to get it off! This time? We get a bill for 128.00! There are plenty of plumbers around. I would be happy to pay more to a company that actually values my business!

Excellent service. I needed emergency service. All the other plumbing companies couldn't give me same day service. Joe came the same day, professional service, friendly, reasonable prices. I would recommend him totally percen!!

A solid fair privately owned professional business that does what they say they'll do. This is old school integrity and business ethics from 50+yrs ago. To them, it's more than being about the money and more about taking care of customers. Quite a difference from the bigger franchises in the area. Actually Joe (the owner) is the one who originally installed our water heater. We had an issue w/a switch not working - rather than offer a compromised solution, they replaced the whole thing. ""Above and beyond"" on my book. It's like having an uncle you can call at the drop of a hat and if he can't walk you through it, ""bam"" -he's like ""I'll be right over"". That was Andy on this last call. He's a rock star and while considerate of our home business demands, worked within time constraints and still ""got it done"". Thx Missy, Joe and Andy!

I love Joe the Plumber! He's been my plumber for over 25 years, not only for the little things like plugged up toilets and drains, but also the big things like new septic lines from my basement to the street, and designing and building a whole new bathroom. He and his guys did great work and very CLEAN work.

Could have given one star but they di something's correctly. Less than cordial with the customer and mediocre workmanship. Had them install a dishwasher, and they failed to install it correctly. The kick plate was left inside the dishwasher, and not until another contractor came was it discovered. You can do better.

I cannot speak to the quality of the plumbing, but based on the road rage I witnessed I wouldn't hire. Tailgating me, waving his hands, pulling into the turn lane like he's gonna pass me, flipping me off. In his van covered with his business details. Yeah, no.

Scheduled appt. for estimate. Let guy know ahead of time where to park. He pulled in and parked in the neighbors space. Told him he couldn't park there he had to park along the drive. He left. My husband called him and he said he wasn't walking. It's down the sidewalk-really? And you're in the construction trade? Would have given no stars but that's not an option.

Had appointment scheduled for 8 AM. its 9 AM and nobody here yet. Called and left message. They called right back and said someone would be here within the hour (by 10am). Its now 1:30 PM... on the phone with another plumbing co. to do the job. As I'm hanging up scheduling the new plumber they finally show up...its only 5 1/2 hours late. Can I bill you for my time..... Sorry.....I could of been a new customer as my usual plumber just retired.
