Felt like I was completely taken advantage of. First I was told they could fix it. Then realized they couldn't. Asked for them to install the plumbers grade faucet I had purchased anticipating that it was going to have to be replaced. The service technician didn't like the brand but had no way for me to get the brand he liked except go to Home Depot. He charged for 4 hours to install something that should have taken 2 tops at an outrageous rate. Shame on me for not clarifying the cost at the beginning. He quoted a rate to fix the faucet that was reasonable. The cost to install the new one was over double that and he didn't even do a good job. There is plumbers tape exposed and he used white caulk on a cream colored shower. It looks horrible. I contacted their home office in South Windsor and got no satisfaction after he left. Lesson learned. These people will never be coming back to my house. They lost out on the potential for a bathroom remodel. STAY AWAY from this company
