I am owner builder on a pretty extensive home remodel project and with that originally reached out to Joe to move a gas line. I contacted about 10 plumbers through Yelp & met with them all. Joe was really communicative from the get go. He wasn't the cheapest, but we agreed on a price I was happy with. Joe is a sole proprietor and I have so much respect for small businesses. I liked Joe, so I hired him. My job ended up being much bigger than we both expected - I ended up having a gas leak, which he worked to fix. I also needed some bathroom plumbing done to bring the plumbing up to code. Joe came to my property multiple times, often times at the last minute because I needed him to work around other contractors or prepare for an inspection and he never batted an eyelid! He was always super flexible and easy going. If you want to work with a nice person, reasonable prices, great work ethic and who knows their stuff - hire Joe! Joe, thank you for everything! I highly recommend Joe The Plumber. I have a little plumbing knowledge and I tend to be a perfectionist.

First thing he always wore shoe covers in the house without me asking him to do so.

I have hired other plumbing companies in the past to come to do something and they send a young man who is learning and making mistakes at my home. The young man is working under the license of the owner. I learned not to hire someone like that. Joe is the owner and he comes out to do the work.

He installed kitchen faucet, air gap, replaced 2 angle stops, soap dispenser, P-trap and garbage disposal.
I asked him to do some caulking inside the shower area like the spout, grab bar...He did the best job caulking that I ever saw!

He knows what he is doing and does it very well. He has a nice personality, professional, honest, reliable and fair pricing. When he was done he cleans up the area.

I would hire him again and highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Joe came out on time, to replace corroded temp control cartridges in 3 showers so we get full hot water, and repair/replace a part or two on a malfunctioning bathroom sink control. Gave us free advice on a retractable kitchen sink nozzle and even more impressively about the scam artists who peddle hot water tank sentiment draining to get in the door. He quoted us a fair price on arrival after viewing the fixtures, and stuck to it, even though he had to make two extra trips back to the local plumbing supply store for items that could not be predicted, never asking once for a change order or add-on. He replied within 24 hours of my phone call, as this was non-urgent work and we told him that.
Joe's a straight shooter, his own boss, efficient in his workmanship, and a pleasure to chat with while watching him work. He's no-nonsense about his profession and takes real pride in his work and his customers' trust.
We have recommended him to a family member who needs a small job on her condo drains, and will unhesitatingly use him in the future, including the eventual replacement of that hot water tank sometime maybe in the next decade or longer!

Amazing!

We moved into a new place and discovered a bunch of weird construction and plumbing problems, including a poorly installed air-gap for the dishwasher, causing water to cascade all over the counter.

I contacted Joe on a Saturday afternoon and he came first thing Monday morning. I wasn't able to be there, but my wife was. Joe was super helpful and showed her the problem and got to work. I really appreciated his courteous and respectful attitude to my wife; not every contractor is like that.

The whole repair took about 20 minutes including clean up. The price was more than fair and I appreciate that he took Zelle! Easy from start to finish.
