The reason for the one-star review is because he says he'll answer your phone call within three hours, but it's been well over 24 hours for me. Still no call.
He may be a good plumber--I don't know.
I already got someone else.

My hot water heater just up and died! I got a referral for Joe on Nextdoor, and called him. Now I have my new water heater installed and life is good again!
He is honest, reliable and reasonable, just like his card says! His number is 949-371-4824.

Joe was fantastic. We called him midday one day and he was able to come the next day. We were initially told(by another plumber) that we needed 3 new toilet systems. Joe told us this was not the case and only needed 1.5 new toilet systems(1 full replace and 1 just needed a new fill part). Including the diagnosis and getting parts it took him less than 1 hour. It was extremely quick and professional. The price was very reasonable. Would recommend him to everyone and will definitely use him in the future

What can I say about Joe the Plumber? He is fantastic, and I'm hard to please. He is punctual, courteous, polite, and very efficient. I was so pleased with his work overall.

I'm not the person who's going to post pictures of my sink (yawn), but Joe made it 100% better. It was a very expensive farm sink (which I cannot afford to replace now on a fixed income), and very difficult to keep clean from food particles due to of its very flatness. Joe put in a new garbage disposal, and it makes an amazing difference. He also fixed the water lines which were incorrectly installed (homeowner error). It'll take me a minute to get used which way is hot and cold (I had a sticker labeling it for five years), but the change is welcome.

I won't go gushing on about every little thing on what was essentially a ""Honey-Do List"" for Joe. But he worked quickly, cleanly, professionally and his prices were great. I'd call him again in a heartbeat!

Joe is amazing, we had leak in our attic and he came out right away. He was honest, gave us updates as he investigated the Leak and really spent the time finding out what was causing the issue. Thank you Joe, really appreciate your service!! Highly recommend. Found out it was the condensation pipe on the AC, but he was thorough and pointed us in the right direction.
