HONEST ADVICE, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.. truly GOD-SENT especially for SENIORS looking for EFFICIENT FAST SERVICE at REASONABLE RATE ! Highly recommended by another 5-star plumber, that was too busy for a dire situation - our water heater leaked, and died.
Joe came in as promised within 30 minutes to shut off leak. Then explained our situation, and gave us a reasonable quote. Next day, He was ON TIME, and replaced our water heater with one with 6 yr warranty.
Previously, tried calling other Yelp 5-star Companies but their quotes were over the roof. Thank God for
Joe T.. will always use him for all our future plumbing needs.
PS. Joe wore a mask, and kept 6 ft. distance. He was completely RESPECTFUL OF COVID-19 PROTOCOLS.

Joe was able to come out next day with agreed quote and told me it was a different issue, quoting me less!!!!!! He came back next day and fixed revised issue (I had to buy a new toliet) at a lower cost!!!! When does that ever happen! Love this guy and his work!

Contracted Joe to install isolation valves before removal of A/C and hydronic system in attic. Arrived on time, masked, booties.....explained the work clearly, ....very clean prep before began work, workmanship....excellent! In and out in the prescribed time frame. Definitely someone trustworthy to do work in your home.
