After receiving 2 toilets which were shipped to me from Home Depot and discovering them cracked, I hired Joe The Plumber to purchase the same toilet and install it. He also hooked up my new gas oven and attached the new gas line to the gas valve. He responds quickly, is knowledgable, fast, and is fair with his prices. A+++++

My wife and I hired Joe to install our new bidet toilet. When talking to Joe about the installation, he spent time confirming that he could do the installation, as this bidet required a few extra steps than a typical toilet. Our bidet toilet required two additional screws to install, thus the reassurance that he could install it, made me feel better.

When executing the work Joe was professional. He wore shoe booties inside our home, installed the bidet professionally, confirmed there was no leaks, cleaned up after the job, and disposed of the boxes/waste/old toilet.

Side note. I had other plumbers turn away this project because of the bidet.

I needed to have a Reverse Osmosis system replaced (very simple) and I contacted various vendors on Yelp for a quote. I included the RO model that I have on hand. Joe's reply was very promptly and straight forward with a flat rate for the installation where as the other vendors wanted to come out for a quote or provided a very high per hour rate. Joe arrived on time, did the work himself and got the task done very nicely at the price quoted. I would definitely use Joe again for my future plumbing needs.

Oh my...a thousand times! Joe has got to be one of the most wonderful plumbers anywhere! He is skilled, strong, knowledgeable, attentive, patient, empathetic...and even compassionate! He diagnosed an outside
under-the -ground leak and made a sound referral for repairing it. On top of all that he reset a toilet bowl and never lost his good sense of humor and understanding. Finally, his charges were more than reasonable for which
my wife and I are so appreciative.

A neighbor recommended Joe the plumber to me and he did a wonderful job. Very quick at responding. I needed a new tub/shower spout installed because the old diverter wasn't working very well, which didn't allow much water pressure to the shower. He installed the new spout efficiently. Now pressure is great. Plus his price is very affordable compared to other plumbers.

The reason for the one-star review is because he says he'll answer your phone call within three hours, but it's been well over 24 hours for me. Still no call.
He may be a good plumber--I don't know.

My hot water heater just up and died! I got a referral for Joe on Nextdoor, and called him. Now I have my new water heater installed and life is good again!

Joe was fantastic. We called him midday one day and he was able to come the next day. We were initially told(by another plumber) that we needed 3 new toilet systems. Joe told us this was not the case and only needed 1.5 new toilet systems(1 full replace and 1 just needed a new fill part). Including the diagnosis and getting parts it took him less than 1 hour. It was extremely quick and professional. The price was very reasonable. Would recommend him to everyone and will definitely use him in the future
