Had Joe work on a leak underneath the kitchen sink he found the problem and fixed it on a Timely and prompt manor... He did a Wonderful job. Would highly recommend.

Joe The Plumber is the best! He is the only plumber we trust. Very responsible, reliable, respectful and friendly. We called him about a leaking kitchen faucet over the weekend, and he came early and replaced it with new and reliable parts. He gave us a straightforward explanation of the repair and current condition of the faucet, as well us showed us the parts receipt. Fast and reliable work. He treated us like his family. We highly recommend Joe The Plumber for all of your plumbing needs!

I cannot say enough good things about Joe Lara The Plumber. He came out to help me fix an underground leak the same day I called him. He was very friendly and personable, a very fun guy to talk to, and he was very efficient. He dug up the leak, discovered it was a crack in the connection between PVC pipe and copper pipe (and so it wouldn't be a quick and easy thing to fix). He cut out the broken section and put in a new section with a much better reduction/fitting bit. He gave me a great rate, and at the end he even helped me figure out why I was having trouble re-lighting the pilot light on my water heater (which had gone out for unrelated reasons). I would recommend him without reservation, and he will absolutely be my first phone call if I ever have any other plumbing issues in the future. Oh, and he answered my call both times right away, I never had to leave a voicemail, which is far more than I can say about several of the others I called. I'd leave more stars if I could, but 5 will have to suffice.

Advance plus confirmation of appt tone and location

He rsvp that we were on board

Joe did not show called him 2 x
After 9 am

He did call me back 945 am claiming issues with another's Job
And why he was tardy and asked if I could hang out and waIt for
Him


Told him a text or call at 730 would have helped
And his other job drama was not my concern

I guess I am old school And expect. Level of respect

Joe the plumber!!!!

I rent out my home in Oxnard. Tenant called to let me know that there was no hot water in the home. I called several companies listed here on yelp, only to be told by the secretaries that someone would call me back.

I got a call back from a plumber who told me that he was leaving town and that he was sorry that he could not help me. He told me to call ""Joe The Plumber"". Initially. I thought he was mocking me so I hung up. However, he called back and told me he was serious, he said Joe was a friend of his and that he would be able to help me out. He spoke great of him and since I had no call backs from the other 10 or so plumbing companies, I figured I might as well give him a call since I had not herd from anyone else.

I called Joe, no one picked up but I left a message. 20 minutes later Joe called me back. I told him my situation. He said he was busy but 2 hours later he was at the home. Turns out, I needed a new heater. He checked the water heater, turns out it was still under warranty! He was able to get me a credit from Home Depot for a new one. I paid minimally for a new water heater. Joe's fee was very reasonable.

We had the tenant up and running in no time. After the heater was up and running, the other plumbers started calling me back, but thankfully, I told them that the issued had been fixed.

Joe the Plumber is my go to man for future plumbing needs. Thanks Joe!

Joe the Plumber and his son Richard are the best of the best! They fix the issue promptly, are very skilled, and are extremely reasonable. I had two issues, one of which I used a different contractor, and they tried charging me 10 times the amount Joe The Plumber would have done the same job for. I got the rate negotiated down, but still had to pay them 3 times the amount Joe would have charged. I learned my lesson! I asked a trusted water remediation expert about who does top notch quality plumbing work for a reasonable rate for my second plumbing need. He said Joe and Richard are very good, inexpensive, and do top notch work, using quality materials. Joe The Plumber fixed my issue quickly, used top quality piping, and charged me a super reasonable price. I am a customer of Joe's for life after seeing what the big franchises try and charge.

Joe the plumber, and his son Richard, are the absolute gold standard of professionals. They were communicative, professional, and honest. They turned what could have been a very expensive issue for me and my client, into a seamless fix-- saving us money, stress, and time. The level of customer service they implement into their job is phenomenal. I was a nightmare client (admittedly) and they were calm, knowledgeable, and promptly responsive every step of the way- answering all of my questions, day and night, as well as accommodating my hectic schedule.

They are both skilled, respectful, organized, and efficient. They provided updates on the hour as they completed work. None of this ""we'll see you between 9-5"" business I've gotten from other companies. They made appointments around my schedule, in a pinch, texted me when they were 20 minutes away, and then arrived early and prepared.

I will never use another company besides theirs again. Joe and Richard are my guys for life. They should be yours too.
