I've been nervous to post about my experience, fearing retribution. It's time. I used him for several years. The last time, he grabbed me while Alex was outside loading up the truck. He pulled me up against him, and kept saying, ""Kiss me, kiss me."" As soon as Alex opened the door, he moved quickly away from me. I guess he didn't want a witness.

He was nice on the phone..we had a garbage disposal replaced pipe work and a new facet installed...all
Seemed great at first..then I realized that my $300 faucet was not put in correctly and didn't work as it was suppose to... I called him (text rather because that's how he communicated) and he was a total jerk to me and never came back to fix his mistake. I ended up having Brothers plumbing come out and they did wonderful work. At any rate it works fine now and I won't ever recommend Joe to anyone.

Joe did a great job, at a good price. It was a small job (fix a shower) but he treated it just as important as a large job. I appreciate a craft worker who takes pride in doing a good job and treating his customers fairly.

Super, super nice guy and so is his apprentice, Alex.
He worked with me on setting a date to fix a leak that I had under my sink. I had to change the date at least twice and he was very accommodating and got right back to me whenever I texted or called him.
The faucet had to be replaced and Joe went out and returned with one in less than 30 minutes. I couldn't have been more impressed!
Alex replaced it; then Joe inspected it again.
The whole experience was more than I could have expected.

He came by to do an assessment for us and explained he would switch out the heating element and thermostat for our water heater, and explained his pricing structure. He told us he would text before he came by. He didn't, he just let himself into our back door. Then surprised my wife by saying he needed to add time to pickup the parts needed? And that he had an hour minimum. He wasn't upfront about this beforehand, and we paid 220+$ for a 40 dollar part we could have easily replaced ourselves. Effectively being robbed by this ""plumber"". He was not upfront about anything and came by without notice. Dishonest business practices.

Joe is a quality human being as well as a high quality plumber. We recently had an emergent need. Joe was so busy he knew he couldn't get to us in time. He responded in a timely manner and gave us 2 referrals. Who does that? Someone who goes the extra mile and cares about his customers. Call Joe! You won't be disappointed.

Joe Piscopo is excellent. We learned about him through his work for Habitat for Humanity, so we decided to have him install our new garbage disposal. He put it in quickly and it runs fine. We also had him check our refrigerator water dispenser and hot water heater connections to ensure that they're secure because we will have new flooring installed soon and want to protect.
