We've had some bad experiences with plumbers in the past - bad workmanship, overcharging - all the negative stuff you often hear about plumbers. And then along comes Joe Peters - like a character out of a Normal Rockwell cover for the old Saturday Evening Post. Joe is the perfect neighborhood plumber - friendly, honest, and very good at what he does. Joe has done several jobs at our home and each time he arrived quickly, did the job, did it right and he was very fair with his pricing. Joe Peters has my highest recommendation. If you need a plumber, call Joe Peters. You won't be disappointed.

It's a Saturday and we are expecting guests so of course our bathroom and main line backs up. Mr Rooter was of no help but Joe picked up, diagnosed our issue over the phone and explained he doesn't do that work but referred us to his guy. Not only did we get a real but Joe called back to ensure we were able to reach him. We will definitely call Joe first next time.

Joe does a great job. He installed 3 toilets and a new faucet. When he left, you would have never known he was there. Everything work fine with no call backs. He even took the trash with him instead of leaving it for me to dispose of.

Joe is an amazing plumber!! My husband and I just moved into a new house and had a few issues that we needed fixed. Joe came out and was able to fix everything we needed to be fixed and was super nice and helpful as he explained everything that needed to be done. While he was here we decided we wanted to replace our old toilet with a new one. Joe was nice enough to go pick up the new toilet from the store for us and bring it over to install the very next day!! I have never come across such a nice plumber before! He even called a few days later just to check in and make sure we were enjoying everything he fixed and installed!! He is extremely professional, has amazing customer service and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!!

Joe is an incredible professional. He knows his craft and does it extremely well. We have used him now on several jobs from fixing toilets, leaks, water heater issues, sink issues, general repairs, etc. There were many occasions where he could have made quite a bit of money off of us because we don't know plumbing, but he has always been honest, trustworthy, and upstanding. Very reasonable rates for really outstanding service. Additionally, he has been an invaluable resource for us - advising us on general household issues. He is friendly, easy to talk to, and just a really nice person. If you need a plumber, don't hesitate to call Joe!

I'm always skeptical of plumbers, electricians, HVAC mechanics, etc., and looked on Yelp for a plumber with the best reviews. Since Joe Peters had outstanding reviews I gave him a call. Joe did a very good job.

I have a rental and the bathtub was clogged, the toilet was flushing on its own, and the water wasn't hot enough in the shower. He identified the issues and was able to fix the toilet and shower, but was unable to unclog the bathtub. I was a little disappointed that he only had a 6 foot long ""snake."" Normally, I've had plumbers arrive with snakes on a reel about 50 feet long. He claimed the clog was in the main line and I needed to have the association fix the clog. Unfortunately, the association disagreed. My main line isn't shared. If Joe had come prepared with a 50 foot long snake, he could have solved the issue. Now I have to call another plumber and start all over again.

I have to say though that Joe was punctual and professional.
