Three days after using them for Sewer Clean out we discovered they damaged the drain cap, which caused a flooding of sewer water. This is after already having to perform extensive cleanup after their initial visit.

Very unprofessional - one of these guys was working at a house two houses down from mine and my son's (12 & 13 y/o) were walking on the public sidewalk Infront of the house he was working on. They were with their 2 friends. The boys saw me backing out of my driveway, so they stopped Infront of that house to wait. This man didn't realize I was there and that the children were mine, so he yelled, ""if youre gonna play grab ass, stay away from the lawn!"" The kids giggled a bit and walked away from his house. Then the man yells, ""don't be f*cking smart ass!"" I got out of my car and asked that he doesn't yell and swear at my children and their friends and he said very angrily that he didn't bother asking nice because ""most kids don't listen."" And he ended up yelling at me instead of just apologizing. Not someone I would ever trust in my home to do work, that's for sure. My kids were reminded to always be respectful as well and I saw the whole thing - the didn't even go on his lawn and there was no reason for him to yell at them.

joe hooked our hot water tank in reverse hot in and cold out, and never came to fix it. Had every excuse though

Called them in the morning about my water heater leaking and they were able to come out and give me an estimate about an hour later. Said that they needed to do a full replacement and they'd be back later to install and they came back about an hour later. Did a great job for a great price and I would highly recommend

I'm a single female home owner & felt so comfortable with Joe and his crew in my home handling a overflowing toilet that decided to ""take a shit"" pun intended, on Saturday Afternoon. They showed up before the time he promised on a Sunday and they did not cost my wallet a small fortune. I would not hesitate to call Joe Hynes Plumbing again in the future. Thanks JOE!

In the midst of our personal family crisis our basement decided to take a leak...literally. At first the we thought it was coming from a crack in the wall. Turns out it was much deeper than that. Joe Hynes Plumbing came out the day we called him, pinpointed the issue and had it fixed the next day despite the rain and wind. Their crew was courteous, made every effort to not drag mud through the house, cleaned up and put everything back better than it was before. The price they quoted was exactly what they charged and was very reasonable. Every flush I pray we won't need a plumber but when we do I'm calling Joe!
