Obtain a written contract before job is started.

Contracts for home improvement projects costing more than $500 must be
written and must include the legal name and business
address of the contractor as well as a start date, a completion
date, a description of the work to be done, and the total
price. The contract must also include the contractor's
registration number. The contractor must also provide you
with a copy of his commercial general liability insurance policy
and the telephone number of the insurance company.
If no signed contract is in place before the job is started the most you can be charged is $500.

Be aware, they charge 250 dollars an hour just for labor. My 3 hour job was 1300 dollars, and labor cost where 750 dollars. Never again.

Yes service great and friendly, too pricey for my taste for a small job. My $400.00 outside spicket for my hose should last me until I am dead! Don't want to be mean because the service was great but unexpected price whatever the explanation, had to use a long pipe?. I did address cost on the call too that I didn't want to pay a crazy price for a easy access/small job.

Great service and fast response. I called after hours and got a callback within a few hours. Work was done on time and as promised. They removed a broken toilet and replaced it with a better quality version than the builders' grade I had. He even went back to the plumbing supply to swap the new toilet for the right shade of white. Their price was fair and I'm very happy.

Fantastic plumber. I called spoke with David. He could not have been any nicer. Understood exactly what my issue was and had someone out within 30 minutes. Then when the service Tech Charles came he was just as nice and professional. He had the problem fixed within the hour. I had waited for months to get this problem fixed because I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg and it wasn't even close to what I though it was going to cost me. Then when I didn't have a choice and had to have someone come out I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism, great customer service and understanding with my situation. Dave & Charles are both extremely knowledgable and went the extra distance to completely resolve my plumbing issues on their 1st visit & answered any plumbing related questions. They were very professional, courteous, and understanding of my special circumstances as a handicapped person. They are honest & their work was reasonably priced.
