This is the second time we have used Joe Hillman Plumbers and were very pleased with both services. The first time we had to have the water main repaired. Brian was the technician who was nice and did a great job. This time we needed two water faucets/valves for our new washing machine replaced. Brent was today's technician and he was very nice and also did a great job. I highly recommend Joe Hillman Plumbers and would use them again.

My toilet kept running after being flushed. I knew the inner flush valve and flapper needed to be replaced. New to South Florida, I went online and found Joe Hillman plumbers. I called at around 12:30pm and about an hour later they came and 45 minutes after that they had me all fixed up and good to go replacing those parts. Their customer service was excellent and the plumber they sent(Glenn) was great. The price was very fair as well. He was courteous, professional, and understood the issue. The job he did worked perfectly and he cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

We have been using Joe Hillman Plumbers for years. They are fast, courteous, clean and directly to the point. From toilet bowl installs, A/C Piping leaks to our last call to them to replace our hot water heater. The issue was that I had just had my garage floor completely done with amazing acrylic flooring and it was laid around our old water heater. After giving the friendly staff the measurements of the unit and my situation they sourced the most perfect Rheem Hot Water Heater was the amazing fit and size and was about 2 inches wider than my old unit so my new floor is covered and perfect! Our tech was great, explained everything in total detail and I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you Hillman Team

Requested service specifically for a """"WELL WATER PUMP"""" was told it would be $119 and agreed, plumber comes out and has no idea what to do with a well water pump. I called and the lady who acknowledges I specifically said a well water pump doesn't credit off the visit. Will now have to escalate to management and later to my credit company if I'm denied a refund.

Had a hot water tank go, and called Joe Hillman as we had used them in the past, they are local (super close by) and been happy. The tech was nice enough, but unprepared, as we had advised the office when we called that we did not have a replacement on site, that we needed a new tank & installation. He seemed surprised we did not have a new tank at the home, and a bit irritated, but went to Home Depot and got the new tank. Never would I have expected to pay $1500 for a procurement and install of a hot water tank (apartment size, not full size) and to boot no detailed invoice was sent, the fee was just charged to my CC. Yes the install was completed to satisfaction, but the bill was crazy. Then when asked for an invoice, we received just a one line bill of $1500. We called many times to get a detailed invoice, and was told that the contracted techs only drop off details on Wednesdays, so we waited, still nothing. Several attempts later, still no explanation of why it cost $1500 for this job. In the end there was nothing we could do, as we had to give our CC to even get the tech out, but needless to say we will not use them again. Transparency & communication is so important.

Yelp reservations did not work so I had to call myself. Joe Hillman Plumbers (JHP) we're very responsive and showed up ahead of time. They did the job quick and at a reasonable price. They are my go to plumbers from now on.
