In choosing a plumber, the first issue is trust. This plumber shocked me by driving in such a dangerous and aggressive manner as to put my safety and the safety of others at risk -- all to save 5 minutes in reaching his destination. (Florida Plate CUZD42). If he would take such a callous approach to the safety of others just to save 5 minutes of driving time, I can just imagine what he would do to earn an extra $20 or $40.

Joe Hillman Plumbers charged over $900 for a simple install of a toiet flange that anyone can do on their own simply by buying a new flange from your local hardware store. It requires no permit or license to install and can be throughly explained on youtube.com. Don't be suckered into an exorbitant invoice that my condo paid for something that can be fixed so easily!

We have an issue where our plumbing is getting affected by roots under the ground and in February 2017 I had a plumbing company come out and clear my main line. In March 2019, we began experiencing the same plumbing issue in the house and I couldn't get in touch with the original company that cleared it in 2017. I called Joe Hillman plumbers and they came out and cleared the main line. This past Saturday, April 7th - less than 4 weeks later I'm having the same issue again. I contacted Joe Hillman and they don't guarantee any of their work and would not come out for anything less than full price - which I found to be expensive when I had them do the work in March. They charged me $470 for what I paid $350 for with the 2017 plumbing company, including the emergency fee. I told them something isn't right when I'm experiencing the same issue less than 4 weeks later when previously it took over 2 years before needing the service again. They basically said no, sorry, can't help you, pay me again. I called the original company and thankfully was able to get in touch this time and they cleared it for $189 as it wasn't during emergency hours this time. I definitely do not suggest using them. They'll overcharge you and won't stand by their work. Not to mention when I spoke to the rep, she mentioned she had another client that snaked her line with them and two weeks later had the same issue again! It seems to me it's the work and not the pipes.... but they don't want to hear that nor did they offer any kind of discounted price to return and correct what should've been done more thoroughly the first time.

Beware they will rip you off, the are way over charge. I would not recommend this company. I Had to call another plumber to unclog the drain they said was unclogged.

I had an emergency with my kitchen sink a few nights ago.Went on yelp to see about recommendations. They came over right away and repaired the issue. Friendly staff and technician. And the price was not bad as it was past 7pm and it was an emergency. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumbing company.

Such a great experience with Laz and Mike. Both were so professional and helpful. They explained what needed to be done, got the job done quickly and no mess was left behind. They were polite and thorough during our repair and even alerted us to potential issues in the future. I highly recommend Joe Hillman Plumbers and will without a doubt not only trust them with our friends and family's business, but will call them again in the future.
