Was the third plumber we called out for a leaky toilet, he came out to our house 3 times without a complaint and finally realized the brand new toilet someone else installed was cracked. You'd be foolish not to use Joe. He doesn't work for one of these big chains who overcharges you and gives you bad advice, he is a master plumber, and he is honest.
