I don't recommend Joe Dibart. He does not show up to perform work, he does not return phone calls or even have the courtesy to call you and let you know he is not showing up. Based on all the signs at every Turkey Hill he must be too busy doing work for them. That is fine if he is busy and that is the case but don't promise to do work and then not communicate with the customer. Skip his name, don't waste your time and go to a more reliable plumber.

Joe did work for me at my parents home. I sent Joe pictures, he purchased items needed for 3 items to be repaired ahead of time, which saved lots time and money. Him and his assistant showed up on time, completed repairs in timely manner, and gave me a more then fair price, verses other plumbers I used in past. They were very professional, clean, and exhibited craftsmanship in the repairs. My brother also took his name and number in the event he would need someone in the future. I highly recommend.

If I could choose to give no stars I would. We were a long time customer of Joe's as he was friends with my dad. Today his workmen came to check on a tiny drip from our bathtub. Whatever they did resulted in a flood in our kitchen when we used the tub. Joe yelled at my mother on the phone and refused to send his men back to fix what they did. I would NOT recommend this plumber.

Joe diagnosed our water problem accurately and showed and explained everything to us to make us feel comfortable with the work to be done. He replaced our water pump and water tank within 24 hours. His fee was more than reasonable. He is a very knowledgeable Master Plumber and is a pleasure to deal with.

Joe is the best plumber I have ever met. I called at 6:30 on a weekday evening due to a small leak inside a wall that came and went that I could not locate. I said it was not an emergency and asked if I could make an appointment for later in the week. He said he is always extremely busy everyday but that if it was good for me he could come over right now.

He arrived, looked at the leak location in my foyer and went upstairs to one of my bathrooms. Within minutes he diagnosed the issues, went down to his truck and had the issues fixed by 7:00. He then stuck around to answer a few plumbing questions I had and swap a few stories. In regards to the cost of the repair it was more than reasonable and I felt it was a great deal.

Joe is a true professional master plumber that knows his craft. He also did all the repairs while walking with a ankle boot to help his surgery on his heal get better. I do not know Joe, I am not a friend or a relative. I am a satisfied customer that would not hesitate recommending Joe Dibart plumbing & Heating to anyone in the Elizabethtown PA area.
