I had an appointment with them last week.
They said they'd arrive between 10 and 11 AM.
By 12:30 I called.
They said they would call the gut out in the field and get back to me.
NO CALL BACK.
When I would try to call them, they wouldn't answer the phone or respond to my messages.
They may have quality plumbing (and I see the reviews are rather old), but they are obviously NOT quality people.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Honest, reliable, excellent work, reasonably priced.....was there when he said he would be. Explained everything completely. Job done in the time he said it would be and neatly. Knowledgeable about the equipment enough to ""dumb"" it down for the average consumer. Lol. Which is important. Especially when you want to feel confident. Don't hesitate...call Joe D if you want it done right.

I have never found a more reliable, honest, and efficient plumber than Joe D. I have had two situations where he did exactly what he said he would do, both in his work (excellent) and his commitment to standing by his appointments. Over this past winter when the weather was extremely cold my pipes froze. Joe, as I am sure many plumbers were, was extremely busy. Joe told me when he was going to be at my house, and kept me abreast of his arrival time. I understand that when working in someone's home problems can arise as the work is being done, especially in the winter. Not only did Joe do the work that needed to be done but he did it at a reasonable price (I never felt like he was going to overcharge) and he was willing to explained everything as he was moving along. I just had him back to my house for 2 new issues, one was a leaky bathtub faucet, and the other was a broken toilet where the water was not filling the basin. Once again he kept me abreast of a delay at the previous job, so I could take care of necessary things I needed to do and not worry that I would leave my house and miss him when he arrived. He also did/does excellent work, cleans up after himself and charges a reasonable price for the materials/work that is/was done. Joe is the best and I give him the highest recommendation for his professionalism and work.

Joe is tough to catch but once you do, he does exemplary work and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Amazingly, he's often come the same day as my call and sometimes, has come as late as 9PM. He works cleanly and is a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend him to everyone!
