Joe Cool does not take responsibility when their neglectful actions cause injury. After contacting the company and letting them know what happened, I was basically blown off, drug on responses and ignored for over a month and a half. Today, Jason Abbott the General Manager of Joe Cool accused me of """"extorting"""" the company by asking to be reimbursed for lost wages etc due to the injuries sustained by my husband and claimed that the company did nothing wrong. Beware, if Joe Cool comes to do work at your home, make sure they don't leave a huge hole for someone to fall into because they will do nothing for you. Only accuse you of being a criminal, claim they did nothing wrong and tell you not to contact them anymore. Which is fine, my lawyer will do that now. I tried to settle without lawyers involved, what was I thinking trying to be an Honest, decent person? The actions and behavior of the General Manager of this company leaves alot to be desired. Mr.. Abbott, perhaps you need to rethink yourselves line of work. His character really showed through today and he should be ashamed of his reprehensible behavior.

We had a plumbing emergency on, of course, a Sunday. We called around to a handful of different 24hour plumbing services, and Dale was the first to return our call. He was able to quickly come to our home, and fix the water pipe shut off valve. The water presssure literally burst the valve off under our sink. He also replaced the shut off valve for our toilet. It was frozen. (flipped house eye roll) They are coming on Tuesday to replace our 20 year old water heater. I will let you know how that goes. We feel he offered a fair price, so went ahead with the job.

Joe Cool Plumbing is a great choice. The back office is professional and accommodating. I am an AC maintenance client and the technician Cardiny was knowledgeable and a true gentleman. Cardiny took the time to thoroughly review the unit in the roof and inside, then he proceeded to documents all their recommendations. Really appreciate the honesty and cordial approach toward maintaining our AC units in good shape, thank you Cardiny and JoeCool!

Scam company they installed my ac system. It failed the installation by the city of Tampa. They came back and finished it. Right. They Technician install the wrong air filter so it got stuck in the air handler. It ended up damaged my condensor. They charge me 1400 to change out the new Condensor because they said i damage it by cleaning it when it was full of dog hair. I had 15 Vist from there tech who couldn't figure out the issue. The issue was they installed the wrong size air filter and i found tge issues and bought the right size filter. The manager told me it was my responsibility to buy the filter. Even tho his tech installed the first filter that was the wrong size. They came back recently and told me i had to pay another's 2000 to fix the issue that they cause. Im going to be suiing these people soon be carful.

If you are looking for a plumber or air conditioning expert call Joe Cool. They installed a tankless water heater and new air conditioner in a timely manner, right prices, and their employees are knowledgeable. I give them a 5 thumbs up.

MAJOR COMPLAINT ABOUT JOE COOL SERVICES--A COMPANY WE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. WE ACTUALLY HAD TO COMPLAIN TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. They are a corrupt company and I have been bashing them ALL over social media because they wouldn't even work with us after all of the problems they caused. DO NOT use this company. We began using Joe Cool services for their annual HVAC svc. The first technician who came out to serviced our HVAC system was outstanding leaving a good impression on us while making his company look good. Things started going wrong when we needed some basic plumbing svc's due to a blockage in our sewage line. We upgraded to Joe's whole house service plan, so we had another technician who come out to """"clear the blockage"""". This technician thought the blockage was in the alley and NOT UNDER THE HOUSE. This did not solve the problem, so Joe Cool sent out another technician with a camera to inspect the line. We clearly asked the technician if the camera would run the full length of the line (into the alley), and he said yes. We found out later this was a lie. We then received a quote for $20,000+ to do some MAJOR repairs by ripping out all of the old plumbing and replacing with new Apex plumbing, which was out of our price range, and not what we wanted anyway since we merely needed the blockage removed. We then received a follow up call from ALLEN, the sales manager where we explained that we could not afford to do the major repairs and just needed the one problem fixed, and he said """"have a good day"""" and hung up on us. THIS CALL WAS SUPPOSEDLY RECORDED BUT WE WERE NOT MADE AWARE which is illegal in the state of Florida (""""It is illegal to record or intercept a telephone conversation in Florida without the consent of all parties to the conversation. Fla. Stat. § 934.03(2)(d). We backed up again on a weekend, so they sent ANOTHER tech out to make repairs and it was THEN that this technician found a blockage-not in the street-but in our own back yard (which would have been seen if their camera ACTUALLY went out the full length of our yard like they told us it would. For this service we paid between 3-4 hundred dollars. So their issues: price gouging, offering unwanted/unneeded svc's, incorrect diagnosing/repair We got the job done for under $400 with a much better company.

If you're reading this, you're wondering if this company is ok. IT IS NOT. They did a """"free inspection"""" of my mother's home. They told her she needed $7,000 worth of plumbing (which they """"discounted"""" to $6,000. NO WRITTEN DETAILS on the estimate. I called to find out what the heck happened and they begrudgingly emailed me an estimate FULL OF THINGS THEY DID NOT DO OR TOUCH. I have had to pay someone to come out and fix what they DID touch. My mom is 94. This was a total scam. I called and let them know I was taking them to court and they begrudgingly offered $2k back but I have been paying other people to come out and fix their shoddy workmanship. They charged her $150 to replace guts of two toilets and then $700 to replace each entire toilet!!! They charged her $900 to """"replace"""" her kitchen faucet and didn't TOUCH her kitchen faucet. They claimed she needed the intake valve behind the washer fixed. What? Why? Who knows? but they """"replaced"""" it for $775! Seriously, these people are the worst kind of predators. Don't trust them. Oh, by the way, they have a half dozen inactive LLC's. Why do companies do that? Because they get sued, open a new company and start all over again. They buy Google reviews to look legit but they're scum. Look at their 1 star reviews on google and you'll see what this company really is. Unbelievable. They should be indicated.

Prior to scheduling service on a Noritz tankless water unit, make sure the company you call has technicians with a knowledge of this specific brand. 4 technician visits did not resolve a recent issue, however: they did contact me and agree to refund payment since they were unable to resolve the issue. I found another company with the sufficient knowledge and will end up replacing the unit.
