Great service by Joe Cool of Pinellas Park. Our service expert was Nathan Lustica. On time and professional. Great service!

Corey came out today for our scheduled check up and I'm very pleased with the service provided. He was thorough, clearly communicated the details about any issues that may need attention and was very courteous. We've had a good history with them and I plan to continue using them for our HVAC services.

I had a problem with my AC for prolonged period, which I posted. Joe Cool came back many times and ultimately it is fixed and works well. The came back countless times to try to get it right. Pleased with their tenacity.

We had an AC unit installed and we were over promised on the quote and were under delivered. The team at Joe Cool fixed the problem and everything was great....Until 5 days later when we came home from a camping trip and realized that our AC had been off for a day and a half. We called to get a tech out and the tech locked his keys in the car (not a problem, things happen). We called back to let the company know that we would need to get another technician out. We got transferred to the Operations Manager Jason and he proceeded to tell me that we have been a pain in the a** and been a complete d*** throughout the whole situation and then proceeded to hang up on me. My roommate attempted to call because I was too blindingly angry to speak to him and he was unable to get a word in and then was hung up on. I really don't appreciate being spoken to this way as a customer (I currently work in customer service) in such a rude and inconsiderate manner. It doesn't matter if you are frustrated from having to hear from the same customer about repeated issues, it is your job to make sure that the equipment that is installed that we spent $16,000 on is working properly. I am completely flabbergasted and frustrated that this situation has evolved into name calling and being childish. I will not recommend this company to anyone that I remotely know.

Joe Cool contacted me to say they had bought out my former HVAC company. They went on to say they wanted to come perform a 6 month service I purchased last year. At first I was impressed they would do that until I figured out what they really wanted was to come and find something wrong, then charge a bunch to """"fix"""" it. They wanted $446 to change 2 capacitors that I know cost them about $10 bucks. Its a simple swapout and my grandmother could do it. Capacitors either work or they dont. While they were """"a little out of spec"""" they were and are working. Then he """"recommended"""" I replace an 8 year old HVAC system. Most all these companies prey on people's lack of technical knowledge.

Shane Mabe came out for our 6 month HVAC """"check-up"""". Shane had previously been our technician. He came into our home greeting us like old friends. His first concern was explaining everything thoroughly to us (the customer). Shane is always professional & extremely respectful. He said he would be about an hour and he was true to his word. He complimented us on our choice in the brand of the HVAC unit. He is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC's and readily shares the knowledge with us. He went out of his way explaining our HVAC situations. None of his recommendations were questionable. We really appreciate when Shane comes out to do maintenance or correct our HVAC. In 2017, we had an older HVAC unit replaced with a new one by Joe Cool. It was the Sun. before Labor Day. One technician came out tht Sun. and on Labor Day, two installers from Joe Cool came out and put in our new unit. We had called several other companies & the earliest anyone else would come out was a week after Labor Day. Thanks, Joe Cool! Thanks, Shane!

Shane Mabe and his co-worker Shawn were just here for a review of our A/C and plumbing systems- they were very professional, communicating every step of the way. They explained what they found during the review, what was working well and any suggestions/options that they recommended- all in easy to understand terms. Thank you Shane and Shawn!! I would not use any other company than Joe Cool!

We had two brand new systems installed in 2014, multiple, multiple issues with many service calls to fix problems over the past 4 years and just Thursday we needed to have 1 unit seen and i received a call from a stranger 2 hours before my appointment time on the following friday informing me no-one would be coming because they will no longer be servicing my area. I took half the day off work and had a complete stranger over. A 2 minute conversation told me after all the headaches i was on my own; thanks, no warning no notice, just screwed me with a system that constantly has issues. there was another alarming issue with them but will not go into that. I found another company to come to my home last minute to address the current issue and all they could do is shake their head and tell me my new system (2014) was installed all wrong and now will have to come out of pocket to fix the long standing issues, RUN from this company people!

I had a request for a new hot water heater install that I wanted to shop to plumbers. I came across this site and called them. The woman who answered the call was fantastic and went through every step with me. Daniel came out and discussed in vivid detail with me what he would do and what he recommended. He did exactly what he said and even came back the next day because he wanted to add one thing to it. Was it the cheapest quote ? No, was it reasonable and handled wonderfully and would I use them again? Yes! Well done, Daniel. Well done Joe Cool Services. #fan #greatjob #danielrocks

I was hesitant to call Joe Cool after seeing some scary reviews on here, but I did so because they were the guys who apparently installed my two units for the previous home owner. They got Daniel out to us right away and he was professional, happy, transparent and extremely good at his job. He went above and beyond and went out of his way to minimize the impact to my wallet. I will continue to use them, and I'll ask for Daniel every time.
