ZERO star, not even 1 Star!! The owner, Joe Cole, is very unprofessional and rude. I was quoted $119 for the service call including the first hour of labor by Alice. However, I was handed a bill for $164. When I questioned the charge, Johnny, the plumber, tells me that every piece of equipment he used is an additional charge. Not once was this information given to me prior to the repair, even by Alice's admission when I called again complaining about the price difference. When I talked to the owner, Joe, he was very rude and unprofessional. According to Joe, I should have known that plumbing equipment is extra. So I guess the first hour of labor includes the plumber's bare hands only. What a joke! What a way to rip consumers off. Be upfront with your information and pricing. And to make matters worse, when I told Joe I would not use the company again or refer to anyone, he replied that he did not need customers like me.

The worst customer service I have experienced and the most expensive. They installed a kitchen faucet 8 months ago. (Could have been a used one$ charged $497.00 without installation cost. There was very little pressure to start with! Plumber said it was because of water restrictions. It got progressively worse to the point there was barely any water. Plumber came out on a Friday. Wrote up invoice to say Faucet needed to be changed. He must have opened a valve because there was a flood under the sink. Called owner on Sunday, apologetically but (his # was on invoice) to make sure I got the plumber to stop the water under sink. Mr Cole was rude, told me to put a bucket under (which of course was already done) and to call his office. His plumber in black and white said a new faucet is necessary. Cole wants to 'duck tape' it together and refuses to let me get a new one. Of course I will be now purchasing a new one. You judge yourself!!!

Be very careful hiring this company's service! AVOID THEM. They over count the hours of service. They count the hours from the driver/plumber living previous client's location. What do I have to do with his commute? The plumber replaced a part that wasn't even broken. They charged me for the part and (of course!) charged me labor time. Plumber answered personal calls twice while he was working on my shower. Owner won't take my call neither my claims after received invoice. Don't dare to call them unless you'd like to experience a nightmare!

Charged $650 just to diagnose the cause of two leaks, which they determined was due to an issue with the cartridges in both showers. When called to clarify, the owner was extremely rude and aggressive.

The worst! Don't use them! I have lived in the same home for 33 years. I have never had any service company that I complained about. We called because of water around our guest bathroom toilet. They came out, replaced several parts. Still had water around the toilet the next day. They came out again. Ended up with a cracked tank, possibly from over tightening, possible not. They shut off the valve to the toilet. We still are still getting water all around the toilet. Four towels get soaked in 5 hours. I called the owner and I got no resolution. Horrible customer service. He said that my wife was hostile and obviously he was not going to make us happy. All-in-all, I suggest that you stay away from this company.

We had Joe Cole Plumbing do the plumbing when we remodeled our kitchen. They were very professional and made upgrades like a cut out for our refrigerator's ice maker that allowed the refrigerator to sit flush against the wall. I will be using them again as we continue to remodel our bathrooms.

Joe Cole Plumbing is a great company to work with .. their men are very professional ,if you want your plumbing problems fixed right the first time go with Joe. Sure you can hire a much cheaper plumber but you'll end up paying more in the long run because most likely it'll break again .. you get what you pay for so when it's come down to plumbing i only trust joe... Joe also offers expert advice right on his website.
