Requested service for a well water pump. They charge $89 to view it and will add it on top of the job if you decide to get it done. I asked to have it removed so I suggest you try the same. They came out did the work and 2 days later another attach PVC pipe bursted. Was told they would send out the same technician who threw up his arms and said it wasn't him. Once again charged $441. I did not read these reviews prior to booking which was very dumb on my part.

No stars!!!! I was having some issues with pipes and got this company recommended by the landlord. By far the worst decision. Unreliable, does not pick up calls or txt back... They came to my apartment Wednesday and was supposed to be done January 13, 2023... they never showed up on the 13th, it's been 2 days they don't pick up they don't respond it's like they don't care.. I understand that life can be messed up and sometimes emergencies do happen, but at least a txt bro. Cmon.. be professional and now that it's the weekend. I'm 100% sure they aren't coming till Monday...

Our son moved into a new condo and the first night the shower did not train!!! Condo maintenance could not unclog. Joe Cole plumbing came within an hour and unclogged the drain. Fast service, professional and problem solved.,

Great company! Mario came out to change our faucet and disposal on a marble farmhouse kitchen sink, not a simple task! He did a great job, timely and flawlessly. Will definitely recommend and call again if/when needed.

Without question Joe Cole Plumbing is the best in SFL!! Always on time, professional, knowledgeable, and honest! Wouldn't use anyone else. I've been a customer for 8 years!! Just had a water heater installed by Joe Cole Plumbing. As always, they were reliable and arrived on time. They did a great job as always! I would never use anyone else for our Plumbing needs. Had leak in my whole house water filter system. I called joe cole plumbers and they sent a tech out right away (2 hours). The plumber who came out was not very knowledgeable about the system, and came off quite aggressive and hard to talk to. He didn't really offer any solution to my issue other than telling me to call the manufacturer since nothing else would work. By that point, I just wanted him gone since he wasn't helping, so I said ok you can go now. He charged me $150. I went ahead and called joe hillman plumbers. They were booked up (probably because their plumbers are in demand for doing great work) and could only get me an appointment for the next day. I decided to just put a bucket under the leak and get their appointment for tomorrow. Willie's from Joe hillman was excellent. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable about how the system worked, provided some money saving solutions to me (i.e. go to Amazon and buy a generic sediment filter yourself and he can come back to install it). Willie came back as soon as my filter came in, and installed in quickly! I would not have trusted anyone from Joe cole to do that. Long story short, joe cole plumbers are probably good for simple leaks and plumbing issues, but don't trust them for whole hour water filtration problems.
