I called Joe Cole Plumbing at 8am to put in a sink stopper in the bathroom and sent photos of the sink They never sent the photos to their tech who arrived at 3:30 or 4 They wanted to charge 89 for doing nothing and not having the part and charge over 400 to put in a sink drain stopper This was a terrible experience and I had to send the tech away and call another plumber

ZERO star, not even 1 Star!! The owner, Joe Cole, is very unprofessional and rude. I was quoted $119 for the service call including the first hour of labor by Alice. However, I was handed a bill for $164. When I questioned the charge, Johnny, the plumber, tells me that every piece of equipment he used is an additional charge. Not once was this information given to me prior to the repair, even by Alice's admission when I called again complaining about the price difference. When I talked to the owner, Joe, he was very rude and unprofessional. According to Joe, I should have known that plumbing equipment is extra. So I guess the first hour of labor includes the plumber's bare hands only. What a joke! What a way to rip consumers off. Be upfront with your information and pricing. And to make matters worse, when I told Joe I would not use the company again or refer to anyone, he replied that he did not need customers like me.
