Found the issue and fixed it. They didn't (1) charge me an arm a leg and a firstborn (2) didn't try to upsell me something I didn't want when I called. Communicated well, kept to schedule. This was in 2022 and no issue with the water line since. I recommend them.

We had to replace a water heater upstairs in our attic this week. We knew it was about time but we were NOT looking forward to the experience. Thankfully my husband found Joe Castro's plumber service. They not only were extremely responsive, they were priced very competitively and did an amazing job in minimal time. We had no extra charges. The guys cleaned up any trash from taking out the old water heater to installing the new.

Who knew we stressed so much about getting this done and all we needed was to just call Joe Castro's Plumbing!

We had a pipe leak underground outside our house. I called Joe Plumber based on reviews I saw on the Next Door app. The man and his workers came out on time, found and fixed the problem. They filled in the hole and even replaced the flagstone that was there They were friendly and professional. The price was reasonable, I have paid a lot more for less work. Response time was amazing.. they arrived within one hour of my phone call regarding a re-occurring kitchen sink drain problem. Very professional and friendly... they are the only plumbing service we have had that snaked the drain all the way through to outside drain valve. Joe also gave me some great new tips on keeping drain pipe, disposal and septic tank in good working order. Thank you Joe Plumber... I have put you on my "favorites" list!

Great guys! We will always call Joe plumber from here on out. They showed up same day and fixed our leak at a very responsible price. I even mentioned an issue with my hot water heater and they fixed that as well. I called back our home warranty company and cancelled the call out for my hot water heater as they said they couldn't fix it for two weeks. Joe plumber is the way to go!

I've used Joe Plumber services a couple of times. The first was 3 years ago when we sold our house to install a new sink/faucet and fix a busted pipe behind the washer machine. Then, just recently I used them to fix a leak in our tub faucet. Joe and his crew both times did a great job and were very reasonably priced. I'd recommend this company to any home owner that needs plumbing work done. For a bonus he looks and sounds like Guy Fieri, so there's that.
