Called Friday. A little late to be fair but they said they'd be out that day. Nobody showed up and they were not responsive to text at the number they gave. Asked us at 6am where the unit was, we hoped for a morning visit. No dice. Around 5 they told us a tech was on their way. 90 minutes later, still nobody, still not responsive to texts. Kept us waiting at our house the whole day without even a rough estimate of when they'd arrive.

The least they could do is fix their scheduling and communication. If they can't make it just tell us!

My A/C went out on Monday and another company that I've done business with in the past was suppost to come to fix it the following Thursday . I even confirm the appointment on Wednesday but they never showed and didn't respond to my calls or texts until 7:15 Thursday evening. I called and got a hold of Joe he had Erik come to my house Friday morning he was there by 9 and by 11 my AC unit was fixed they did a great job and I will definitely use them again thank you so much for the awesome service and great professionalism.

Whenever a company cuts off a caller it's a pretty good indication of how they are going to treat customers. Whether it is a business to business call or a service call, courtesy costs nothing and can lead to future calls. Something those who answer the phones at Joe Bryson should think about.

I just received a judgement from the CSLB against him because of the shabby work that was done at my residence, and the money it cost me to repair the mess that was left by him.
Call another contractor you can trust if you need Heating or AC assistance. Happy New Year

Four years ago we bought a new furnace and air conditioner from Joe for our house. We had shopped around and he was very easily the least expensive by a LOT. Lately, we have had a couple of issues arise, and Joe was there that same day. I have had a good experience with Joe Bryson, and will recommend him as a reliable and honest contractor.

I called Joe to fix my mom's house wall heater, they said she needed a new wall heater. I called someone else and they found a bad thermal-stat and had it fixed and heating within an hour. I think the person from Joe Bryson Heating just saw an 85 year old lady and tried to take advantage of her. They even charged her $95 and did nothing. I would recommend you go with someone else for any services.

No stars for this business. I am not surprised to read so many bad reviews. Not professional, expensive, aggressive, he charged me $300 over the list price for a part, he showed up to my door without calling beforehand and at the end of all this my A/C & Furnace are still not working. A very bad business.
