Kathryn B.Unreliable and unprofessional. They charge 75 $ diagnosis for each item in one home and it is not included in repair. Then when diagnosis is wrong, only try to charge more.

cost. My unit pumped 180lbs of Freon into the ozone because this guy has no idea what he's doing. DO NOT LET him replace anything on your unit call a professional. His response 8 hours after supposedly doing a proper leak test/vacuum, "" it's unfortunate"". It's been almost a week now after he told me multiple times he'd come back and fix the problem but he has disappeared. 5k in refrigerant gone in 24 hours because of this clown. I could visible see a leak where he welded! But it's unfortunate for me! Technical Hot and Cold saved me from shutting down and confirmed this guys work is trash. EPA report coming soon.
