This is the second time my home warranty company sent out this company and it was the same repairman. The first time was for a leak under my house. Without going under to see where the water was coming from, he told me I didn't have a leak and it was probably coming from my sprinklers. I called a second plumber and he fixed the leak. Today he responded to a broken kitchen faucet. He asked me what I did to it, then he called the home warranty and told them this was not broken due to normal wear and tear. It is obvious from the picture that the part had rusted out! Looking at the other 1 star reviews they all seem to be home warranty calls and this company seems to find something that is not covered by the home warrant so they can collect the money and not do anything. There is no way I would ever recommend this company!

Armen is the man!! He has come out several times thru my warranty company and every time pleasant and is an expert in his field. The company sent another plumber and said I needed a major repair probably not all covered by coverage. Armen was sent to see what he could do and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I highly recommend him and hopefully the warranty company always sends him. Much appreciated sir

I would not recommend this company even if this was the last one available.

I have been without a hot water heater for over 2 weeks. The home warranty dispatched this company and they refuse to do the work claiming they have to upcharge me for code upgrade when there's no code errors what so ever. $650 for pipe modification when any joe shmo know to unscrew the water supply and put new ones.

The home warranty even supplying the water heater and ready for pickup end the technician REFUSES to come and install or even drop it off. Take the money and leave the water heater. I'll do it!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. 1 star is too much for what they are putting me and my family through.

Armen immediately came by yesterday for a consult on a pipe we found running down a wall a during some demolition. He gave us his opinion and some good suggestions for the problem. All I can say is Armen is a great guy that knows his business! Friendly, Polite, knowledgeable and I feel went the extra mile with fixing my water pressure regulator and something else with the water heater. He also cared to notice that I was walking funny with back pain and gave me some tips to help relieve it.

My home warranty company assigned them to me. First, the person who answered the call was super rude and not helpful. Second, when he came to my home, he saw the leaking in the sink, he didn't do anything but saying it's described differently then what I told him. But for god sake, aren't you suppose to be a plumber. Do something! He left without even trying to fix the problem. I'm just speechless! I would never recommend anyone to use their service!

I was referred to J.O Plumbing & Rooter from our home warranty company. Within hours of filing a request for service online Armen called me and offered to come over immediately since he was in the area. Fifteen minutes later he was repairing our leaking sink. Armen was very courteous, extremely respectful being in our house with a mask on and making sure it was okay to wear his shoes, or if I'd prefer him wearing booties. Beyond having our sink repaired, having a pleasant experience with Armen made all the difference in the world. I would recommend J.O. Plumbing and will be bookmarking them for all my future plumbing needs.
