This is an amazing company. They responded to me the same day and came out to my house the same day and fixed a broken pipe under our house. The service person that came out is Art. He was great. He got the work done quickly and was very polite and professional., and this was a very difficult job for him to do!!

It was 10:30 PM when I called my home insurance about a leak in the upstairs bathroom that was coming through my kitchen ceiling. I got a call from J.O. Plumbing about a half hour later.
Armen came the very next morning and patiently waited until the main water was turned off.

Normally, when someone sounds too good to be true, they are, but let me assure the skeptics out there that this guy is honest and trustworthy. Turned out after inspecting my fixtures and water heater everything was fine and required no repair, so after preparing to pay the piper so to speak for the service call, Armen tells me no charge! So I'm like ""really"" no service charge and no work recommendation? This guy is too good to be true, literally! Thanks Armen, you've earned a lifelong customer and I no longer have to fret when needing a plumber, because you are my new go-to guy.
