Jason and company were totally amazing, I wish I could give them 6 stars. I was at my parents house yesterday afternoon. We noticed that when one toilet is flushed, the other would overflow. The sewer was backed up! This means they had no toilet/shower/anything. My dad lifted the toilet to get to the sewer line directly and still no luck. No luck through the cleanout either. I had to find a plumber fast because my mom is having some health/memory issues, and it would be very difficult for my parents if they didn't have a functioning system. I started to call around to find a plumber and noticed JNJ was located close to my parents house. I called, and he had some of his guys close by and available, they showed up within 20 minutes and began working on it. They were both very professional and cool, but unfortunately after trying for over an hour, the blockage was still immobile, the auger and snake couldn't do it. They said they needed bigger equipment to clear it, and would have to have Jason (owner) stop by later. Jason was on other side of island, but he called and said he was finishing up a job and would be there after. He showed up around 6pm, I believe with his son. I had to leave already but my dad told me how they worked and worked on the pipe for a long time and finally were able to make it through the blockage. They're still not sure what it was, but my dad was so happy with their service. They spent awhile cleaning up, resetting the toilet/wax seal my dad had pulled, and making sure everything was working. This must have been the end of a very long day for them as I think it was past 7pm when they finished. My dad is sort of old school, like he hates having things done by other people because he still thinks he can still do everything himself. But after seeing the hard work JNJ did and how great of a job they did, he was telling me how happy he was that he used them. He also said their price was very reasonable. I've had a few plumbing jobs here and there on my own place, and never found a place I'm 100% happy with, but now with JNJ I've found a new plumber that I would highly highly recommend. My dad said he will also be using them in the future if he needs more help. Thanks Jason! You really helped my parents out, and you did it in such a professional way.

highly recommend. fast, friendly, efficient and affordable. came out within an hour on a Sunday to fix water leaking from a broken appliance. fixed very fast for a low price. would recommend for sure

We are selling our house and the home inspection revealed that there was no water main shutoff valve. Jason came out within an hour of my call to him, assessed the situation, came back the next morning, and installed the valve. He had to dig up a lot of grass and dirt, but put everything back so it looks just the way it did before, and the new homeowners will now have this excellent safety feature readily available. Totally professional, totally fantastic work!
