BEWARE Junior the owner literally robbed us !! this company is a complete scam . the owner asked for $100 refundable deposit too hold a quote. we kindly informed him we would not be going with his company and he did not refund us at all and then blocked us . Im so happy that I did not go with this guy junior prob would have been scammed for so much more!!

Requested for general service. The representative asked to start the HVAC system and it was working fine. He connected his multimeter the wrong way and it blown away the system and the condenser fan was not running after that spark. He was very irresponsible and asked me to change that part since it was old although he has broken the working system. Please be responsible with your customers for your fault.

The problem with plumbing is it can be hard to tell if the person you hired knows what they're doing.

Unfortunately - these guys had no clue what they were doing. They were hired to install a backflow preventer and similar to other reviews, it took 4x the amount of time it should have.

They quoted a ridiculous amount and STILL charged me the whole thing even though I had water shooting out all over the room an hour after they left.

It was such a sloppy job and I would not recommend them for any complex plumbing task. I should have known they didn't know what they were doing when they had to make several phone calls during the installation to see if they were doing it right. Also - the amount they charged me was insanely high. If they had knocked it out of the park I would not have cared. But they dropped the ball on this one big time.

were quite fast to respond to the yelp request but had a ridiculous estimate of 800$ to fix 4 mounting screws. would not recommend.

They have no idea what they are doing. They were hired to install 3 toilets. They had problems with all 3. Could not do the water connections, put in wring size wax rings, had sewer gas leaking in the house after they left. Stay away from this group.

I'm only giving them two stars because the technicians were always friendly and they did eventually get our heat to turn on. HOWEVER do not book this company if you have complicated work. They installed a new control panel for our oil burning furnace and it was not installed properly. They came back to our house multiple times over 6 weeks because of initial work not being done correctly (guy who installed it was on the phone with his supervisor entire time has no idea what he was doing). We realized the thermostat to our basement heat is now turning on our bedroom located on the second floor. When we turn on our bedroom heat, it also turns on the heat in the basement.Clearly there is a wiring issue with the item they installed and they are refusing to fix the problem. They told us to hire an electrician after we paid them 1500 dollars. To me that means the item should be installed correctly? The supervisor thinks the heat is ""working"" so it's fine. Also they had to send someone 4 separate times to get it to this point of ""working.

Terrible terrible terrible this person reached out I didn't respond because I thought I might've had another contractor. They intern reached out to me again and I said OK you can come out in the morning give me a call. They insisted on doing it in the afternoon and I said since you don't listen to what I said, I don't want you doing anything in my house. They couldn't even get the appointment time right higher at your own risk.

Needed annual service for oil heating system. They quoted $200. A guy arrived pretty much on time (15 minutes late, which is fine). Did a nice job wiping the surface of the boiler. Didn't do anything that annual maintenance of oil heating systems should've included, he didn't :
1. Replace the oil filter
2. Inspect and clean the oil burner
3. Check and clean the flue pipe
4. Inspect the oil tank..
What the guy did do, he hard-locked the system and didn't know how to fix it... took him 3 hours of phone calls to figure out what he broke, ended up priming the system which seems to have resolved the issue.
When asked to do what was required, the guy said that they don't do this kind of stuff... Charged me $150+ ($200 minus $50 coupon plus tax) and left.
I contacted the owner telling him what was done or rather hasn't been done and requested refund, his exact reply was: ""... The tune-up service does not cover those items unless we're informed prior to the appointment. To include them, there will be an additional charge."" Not recommended.... BTW Yelp is of no help either, they say they give you 2500 guaranteed coverage, but they require itemized contract, emailing won't do, then they require a bunch of documentation including but not limited to the statement or report from another business that can verify that the performed job was not up to standard (in other words I'd have to pay $200 or more to another company to get $150 refund), will never use them again either.
