If I could give a negative rating I would... they came to fix a plumbing issue due to a blockage... #1 they broke the spigot on the front of the house that had nothing to do with the blockage... #2 they lied to the home owner and said it's all cast iron underneath the ground which it isn't it's all PVC...#3 trying to extort money for no reason... My suggestion is to call a different company they will lie to you and try to get more money from you... GOOD LUCK

Had an issue with our tankless hot water heater. We were out of town and had family member at house. We contacted JMJ ( they are a certified Rinnai dealer) to fix the hot water issue. They did promptly show up next morning, said they weren't sure if it was a sensor issue or motherboard. Either way due to COVID those parts would take at least a week to get so we'd be better replacing entire unit for $1876. Called another company and issue was corrected for $185. It's obvious this company works on some type of commission and their selling technique is predatory at best.

JMJ installed a tankless hot water heater at our house. It was done incorrectly causing damaged to an internal part that had to be replaced. After three service calls and cold showers the issue was not still not resolved. called another company and they diagnosed and fixed the problem. When asked, JMJ refused to offer compensation.

Very disappointed. We had this company come and fix a running toilet at my 90 year old Mom's house since we live out of town. The plumber showed up and fixed it, so we thought. 6 weeks later she was informed by the city that her water use was very high. She called another plumber since she didn't know what the issue was. He determined that the same toilet was still leaking because of an old flap in the toilet. The new plumber took pictures of the old parts that were in the toilet. The flap was old, saturated and flimsy which was causing the water to flow. JMJ didn't change it when they were out fixing the toilet. We called the company after this, as they charged her $150, to find out what was originally done. When we called and the owner, he was very belligerent, rude and obnoxious. He stated that we were just trying to get the money back for our mother. We just wanted to know if his plumber did anything. We said that all we could do was to leave a bad review in which he replied, """" Oh wow, a bad review, like that's going to mean something."""" He ended the conversation by saying """"Are we done here."""" STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Didn't even get as far as a phone call, well, SEVERAL phone calls until the owner called back to basically curse me out stating he """"ain't got time to service my residence"""" and """"to stop threatening that you'll keep calling."""" I wasn't threatening; I was actually calling to get someone to call me back. I was in need of service, haven't had hot water from my brand new water heater and I was only using them after my water heater's manufacturer told me to call them, as they would cover the costs of repair. I called for a WEEK straight with no call back whatsoever to finally get a call from the owner who was right off the bat huffy and , yet all anyone there could have done was relay a message back to their """"call center"""" to state they were unable to assist due to being shorthanded, COVID, etc. Instead, I had to call and leave messages for someone to call me back for days on end. The call center stated someone would call to set up an appointment, with each time having my call log history, yet asked me each time with the SAME series of questions like I was a brand new caller. I eventually asked for a Supervisor and all they could tell me was """"Well I know the owner is Eric."""" I was trying go a step up of who was in charge but Eric decided to take it upon himself to be the most RUDE, disrespectful and completely unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. I say that with the most genuine of words as I NEVER leave bad reviews. This deserved the time to review. I advised the water heater's manufacturer to never recommend this company, to ANYONE because I definitely won't. God only knows what their actual service is like!
