They did a great job, but showed up without a tarp to put the dirt on. I had to provide my own.
I'm used to having companies back flush the tank, to loosen the solids, but these guys didn't.... I'm not sure what the proper procedure should be.. but I would think you'd want all the solids out.

Called and left a message. Josh called me back within an hour. We set up a date and time which was delayed because I wanted to be there and ask questions since I have never had a septic system before. The gentleman and his son who showed up were great. The dad answered my questions pointed out what he was seeing and put my mind at ease as to the health of our septic system. While they were $25 more, I will be calling JMB every 3-4 years to pump our Septic.

Wonderful company!! I had to call at 9o'clock at night! The owner, Josh, answers the phone! He told me he would come out right away for my septic emergency! Super friendly and fair pricing!
