I had an emergency plumbing issue a few months ago (burst pipe) and JMAC plumbing completed the repair on a Sunday night at 10P. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. As such, when I needed a couple of old hose bibs replaced, I called JMAC Today, their technician Ben came out and completed the work and again my experience was excellent. Great company, fair prices, honest and professional technicians like Ben. Will definitely use JMAC again.

Had a great experience with getting a new HVAC installed a couple years ago. But today I asked that an occasional delay in AC turning on be checked.
First, I had an appointment for 8am that was scheduled when I called last Wednesday. Informed about $59 trip charge. Fine.
Then got a call around 8:45 today, Monday, that there was a ""cancellation"", and would it be okay if they came out this morning. ???? I had an appointment, they were already late. Okay...so then I had technician, very nice and polite and all arrive after 9, who considered my issue and said it was probably the NV Energy thermostat acting properly with a delay...but he'd check the AC unit anyhow. Okay, 10 minutes max, it looks fine, and then he presents the $164 bill. There is a $105 minimum 1 hour labor charge, ON TOP OF the only charge quoted to show up. I called, why not quote $164 as minimum, since labor minimum would already be a given to just ""look""?? Not a good ""surprise"".

We buy the spring and fall AC/heater checks to proactively maintain our system. They initiate the scheduling for these services, call before arriving and show up on time. Brian came today and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

UNBELIEVABLE!...for two weeks drip drip drip after every shower. For two weeks we had a parade of builders, reps u name it they we're here telling me they had to tear up my new house to find it then JMAC showed up and after listening for only seconds to the drip drip drip sound jmacs plumber DARREN said u don't have a leak..? For two weeks I have been listening to it I almost threw him out! I had six people in my home ready to toss him out. hi said the sound you hear is expansion and contraction of your water service pipes in your attic..say what ?? He said and I will prove it. First he put my home on a pressure test proving I have no pressure leak. Then he said it's not a drain issue cause it's leaking in the ceiling ..when you shower you use hot and cold allowing hot line to expand then as it cools it contracts and us either strapped to tight or not strapped tight enough and makes a dripping sound..huh! Now the proof he said. He just runs cold water through the shower and no dripping sound...just unbelievable people were gonna tear up the house JMAC FOLKS !!! JUST AWSOME

JMAC was upfront about the repairs I needed done. There was a fee for an employee to come to my home and do the assessment of the repair. The employee asked if I had interest in doing the repair myself being that the valve replacement was so easy. He explained what needed to be done and reminded me that it would be significantly expensive to pay him to do it rather than doing it myself. The repair was simple after I understood what needed to be done

I really respect a company that considers the customers cost for value. Would highly suggest using JMAC for any hvac/plumbing needs.

This is my third occasion using JMAC Plumbing & Air.They were highly recommended to me, and I understand why. They are very conscientious, and will explain thoroughly what the issue is and what they can do about it. I have had two air-conditioning problems and one major plumbing problem. They are fair in their pricing.I will not hesitate to call them with any future issues I may have.

Very disappointed. this group gets all the work for American West homes and unfortunately they rest on their laurels with this huge given business. They installed my water heater incorrectly, which ultimately led to a leak in my garage. the home was only 2 months out of warranty and American West stated that they would cover it if JMAC acknowledged the faulty install. JMAC refused to even come to my home without me paying them. Really terrible service. I ended up paying another plumber to fix it as I refused to pay JMAC money to fix something that was their fault in the first place.

JMAC to the rescue! My water heater valve failed this morning which caused a fairly good sized mess and they were here in no time. Darren was honest, prompt and did great work! He did not at all do a hard push for the water heater replacement as many companies do these days. It will be time to replace it soon and I will definitely be going back to JMAC!

Discovered a leak flooding my kitchen. Got a prompt response to my inquiry and they arrived that day to make an assessment. advised me on what needed repair and did the job itself quickly for me. Very friendly clean and professional! Their service was greatly appreciated.

We had a main water line break and called JMAC. Darren came out and checked everything out and found that the leak was under the driveway. While he was there he also fixed to slow sinks and leaking water faucet out back. He came back with a helper Ben and they both worked so very hard to dig alongside the driveway and battle the many large tree roots. By the end of the day our new line was in the meter was no longer turning and I was very HAPPY! They cleaned up and made it look like nothing was done. JMAC is the company I will be calling for any future plumbing problems and will refer. Can't go wrong with them!!!
