JMAC to the rescue! My water heater valve failed this morning which caused a fairly good sized mess and they were here in no time. Darren was honest, prompt and did great work! He did not at all do a hard push for the water heater replacement as many companies do these days. It will be time to replace it soon and I will definitely be going back to JMAC!

We had a main water line break and called JMAC. Darren came out and checked everything out and found that the leak was under the driveway. While he was there he also fixed to slow sinks and leaking water faucet out back. He came back with a helper Ben and they both worked so very hard to dig alongside the driveway and battle the many large tree roots. By the end of the day our new line was in the meter was no longer turning and I was very HAPPY! They cleaned up and made it look like nothing was done. JMAC is the company I will be calling for any future plumbing problems and will refer. Can't go wrong with them!!!

By far THE best AC company in town. My AC went out when it was over 100 degrees outside and they came out right away to take care of me. I was worried I would have to wait for them to get parts to fix it but they had the part on their truck and it was fixed in no time :) Their technician Brian provided me with excellent customer service and told me a few things I should know about my AC system. Christie sent Ben over bright and early to install a pressure reducer valve.
Love this company so much. Ben is so sweet! I'm going to adopt him! Within an hour he was done! It was so darn hot out, and this guy just kept working. Our pipes had been banging, sounding as if a SWAT team was breaking down our door! Our water pressure was horrible! Ben knew it was the pressure reducer valve within seconds of walking into our home.
This company has been so good over the years we've been using them. Ben and Dan are always so punctual. They never leave messes like other companies are prone to do.
JMAC's fees are great! They are worth every penny for the dependable guys and work they do. Never ever had to call them back for anything as the job is always done right the first time.

I highly recommend JMAC to anybody needing ethical and reputable AC repairs. They came out to diagnose my current problems and to my surprise, they were able to temporarily get one of the units working even admitting they didn't think the fix would last long and that repairs I paid for would be applied to future replacement. Their reps were thorough in explaining the system replacement, the equipment they sell, why they sell it, as well as all the steps they take for the system replacement. JMAC met every commitment and never over promised. While they are not the least expensive, they were extremely fair priced for the system they sell and the work provided... hard to find these days!

Our AC broke. It was hot. I called them this morning at 9, they came out by 11 (ish). They called me when they were on their way. The access to the AC was locked and I had to call a locksmith to open the door. Nick actually waited for the Locksmith to arrive and he fixed the unit very quickly. I thought the price was reasonable. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I used another company before for maintenance and it was a nightmare. I had bit of a phobia about calling anyone (because of the other company) but I'm glad I called this company. I will definitely use them again!! (Hopefully not too soon though!) We're all cool now.

So I just bought a house last fall, and I know finding a plumber/AC/heating company that you can trust can be daunting, but JMAC has saved me multiple times already!

First I was told by a different company that our plumbing downstairs was made of clay piping and it was cracking and leaking smells, despite that plumbing being installed only a few years ago. We called in JMAC for a second opinion and they were able to tell us that the piping was actually ABS (more modern) and that we just had a bad seal on our toilet. They replaced an O Ring on the toilet and we were good to go. The first company had told us we were going to have to rip up our entire downstairs and redo the plumbing so.. GET A SECOND OPINION ALWAYS!

Next up we thought our AC wasn't working as efficiently as it could, and after a long investigation JMAC was able to tell us that we had two small leaks in our unit and we didn't have any Freon in the system. Nice. Most recently we cracked a pipe trying to get a hose off outside and JMAC was there within hours to replace the piping and spigot. They've always been super quick to arrive, thorough in their work, friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing they weren't able to do is replace the drywall they had to cut to access the pipes but you know what? It made me motivated to learn how to patch it up myself and after a few YouTube videos I'm a master drywall fixer. Can't expect them to do everything! So far they've come to the rescue every time and I can't recommend them enough.

A big shout out to JMAC Plumbing & A/C.

I had a siphon valve replaced on 052517...woke up this morning (060117) to a mini-geyser in the front yard where the new valve was placed. The new PVC pipe had split sending out ""showers"" of blessing"" into the street. Called in at 0620 after shutting off water at the street, Help was on the way at 0650, Ben arrived at 0720, out the door at 0900. No charge. Quick service. Acknowledged my dilemma; Christy (phone) is the queen of empathy. Thanks to all including Ben, Isaac, and Tim. #grateful #pipedreams
