So I just bought a house last fall, and I know finding a plumber/AC/heating company that you can trust can be daunting, but JMAC has saved me multiple times already!

First I was told by a different company that our plumbing downstairs was made of clay piping and it was cracking and leaking smells, despite that plumbing being installed only a few years ago. We called in JMAC for a second opinion and they were able to tell us that the piping was actually ABS (more modern) and that we just had a bad seal on our toilet. They replaced an O Ring on the toilet and we were good to go. The first company had told us we were going to have to rip up our entire downstairs and redo the plumbing so.. GET A SECOND OPINION ALWAYS!

Next up we thought our AC wasn't working as efficiently as it could, and after a long investigation JMAC was able to tell us that we had two small leaks in our unit and we didn't have any Freon in the system. Nice. Most recently we cracked a pipe trying to get a hose off outside and JMAC was there within hours to replace the piping and spigot. They've always been super quick to arrive, thorough in their work, friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing they weren't able to do is replace the drywall they had to cut to access the pipes but you know what? It made me motivated to learn how to patch it up myself and after a few YouTube videos I'm a master drywall fixer. Can't expect them to do everything! So far they've come to the rescue every time and I can't recommend them enough.

A big shout out to JMAC Plumbing & A/C.

I had a siphon valve replaced on 052517...woke up this morning (060117) to a mini-geyser in the front yard where the new valve was placed. The new PVC pipe had split sending out ""showers"" of blessing"" into the street. Called in at 0620 after shutting off water at the street, Help was on the way at 0650, Ben arrived at 0720, out the door at 0900. No charge. Quick service. Acknowledged my dilemma; Christy (phone) is the queen of empathy. Thanks to all including Ben, Isaac, and Tim. #grateful #pipedreams

Water heater leaking so I called them at 2:30 and they had someone out about an hour later with a new heater installed right away with new up to code plumbing. Friendly installers and staff. Will definitely use again when needed.

Awesome experience! Our AC went out last night and I called first thing this morning and they said were able to get a tech out between 2-4pm. At 11:30am they called back to say they had someone free and they would be there in 30 minutes!!! They tech was nice and quick and replaced our component in 20 minutes and the house was cool down in minutes. I would absolutely recommend JMAC. $49 to diagnose the problem and $150 to fix. Easy as that!

Steve helped us out greatly from scheduling to follow-up; Isaac came out to fix our AC unit on a rainy Saturday and was done in less than an hour! Pricing was reasonable and speedy!

Had a payment glitch but Steve handled it like no other could and kindly offered to take care of any bank fees imposed. We're so glad and thankful everything went well after all. We will be using this company for our AC and plumbing needs solely! Thanks again, Steve!

Used them a while back for a crossed line in a shower install that another plumber messed up. There guy came out and fixed it fast. I also wanted to thank their phone person for some troubleshooting ideas before ordering an expensive leak detection service.

The best of the best. Air Conditioning in the home of my 90 year-old father went out late Friday night. Called JMAC Saturday morning around 9AM and they were to the home by 11AM and work done by Noon. Professional and knowledgeable and considerate of time management. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I was originally referred to JMAC for a leaky shower. They fixed it up fast and easy for a very fair price. Which is why, when my water heater burst this morning, I called them right away. Isaac was at my house within the hour and had my new water heater installed and ready to go before I had to go to work. Great job and thank you!
