Jerameel and his team are very professional! We have been struggling with a broken water filtration system, after ordering a new one he helped install it and was very efficient and fast. He showed us how to replace the filters. He also helped install a new water faucet and was very transparent and friendly. Definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs!!

Homeowner Rule #1: a plumbing problem always comes on a weekend. Ours did (major leak and flooding from a defective kitchen sink faucet). We'd known it was iffy, and had purchased a replacement.
Mel responded promptly, even though he was on a weekend vacation, and came on Monday morning. Quick, efficient, fairly priced.
This is our second excellent experience with him. We can't praise him too highly. We asked him if he'd help friends up in San Mateo County. ""Sure,"" he said. ""Just have them call.""
He's not a good plumber. He's a great one.
PS We had bought a Moen faucet--good name and rep. Just don't try using their 'customer service' function, to ask about a faucet part in the package not shown in the instructions. Zero response, no help at all. Phone and email ignored. A 100% useless promise.

Contacted Jerameel because my water heater stopped working and was giving an error code to fix the gas control valve. He was quick to respond and easy to work with. He came right on time and gave an affordable quote on how much it would cost for labor and parts.

Since my water heater is still under warranty he even helped call Customer Service of my water heater manufacturer for me to help order parts.

Jerameel is super helpful and I will always recommend him if anyone needs help with their plumbing issues.

In fact my water heater was still giving issues and he was always ready to help and diagnose the problem until it was finally fixed.

10/10 would recommend if anyone is looking for a plumber that's knowledgeable, affordable, and easy to work with.

Jerameel was my hero! I was having a hard time finding a plumber replace my toilet and change the angle stop valve in the late afternoon as most places were closed. My toilet was leaking/spewing water continuously, as the valve to shut the water off broke! He listened to my concerns and understood that this needed to be taken care of today.

He travelled outside of his general service area and took time after hours to take care of it. He explained what needed to be done and was very transparent throughout the whole process. He let me know the pricing details beforehand, which were very reasonable and fair.

He was in and out so quick, I couldn't believe it. He was so efficient, and he cleaned up after himself. It was like I blinked and everything was magically fixed.

I'm happy to say I have a plumber I can recommend to my family and friends. Thanks again Jerameel for your time and expertise!!

1. Contacted me and asked if it was okay to arrive early which was great!

2. He quickly assessed the situation and without me knowing told me about specials that would give me a discount on my repair.

3. I have a very energetic puppy that greeted Jerameel every time he walked in the door, he was very understanding, patient and pet friendly.

4. Great Price! I will be recommending these guys to neighbors friends and family.

Mel is my go-to person for plumbing issues. He is always very responsive, efficient, and extremely thorough. My garage ceiling had an alarming amount of mold in one corner. Mel diagnosed and fixed the leak with my toilet, which was causing the mold, the same weekend that I reached out to him. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend and trust him and would definitely call him again for any plumbing issues.

I had a leaking bathtub spout and scheduled a free diagnostic appointment with JM Water Heaters & Drains. The process was easy and straightforward. I got appointment for the next day which is great but I wasn't in a hurry as well. The spout wasn't leaking too much.
The technician (Jerameel) came on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. He had to drive to the store to buy a replacement catridge but overall the job was done in an hour. The cost of replacement was quite average but I got $25 discount (was it yelp discount? don't remember) which was nice. Overall I am happy with the service.
After the job was done the technician also answered few of my questions and checked another faucet that I had issues with free of charge. He seemed knowledgable and I'm going to go with his advices.
