The structure needing the roof is going to be detached screened gazebo like structure so it doesnt require all the extra stuff you listed. You are just trying to upsell me. $3500 for a roof on this is absolutely ridiculous for a gazebo

Zero stars. I arranged to meet Justin 3 times. He never showed up any of the times. The first time he texted me saying he couldn't make it. The second time I waited 45 minutes and texted him. He said he couldn't make it due to traffic. I left work early for that time. Today he didn't show up at all, didn't respond to my text, and didn't call. This is a poor work ethic, a bad company. Don't bother with them they don't even show up when they want you to sign up and give them money. I wonder what wouldn't happen if I made the mistake of hiring them.

Absolutely stellar work I had a really odd situation where the faucet in my bathroom would have water coming out of the tub and the shower head at the same time, they came out, checked it out, gave me a couple of options, and set up a time for me to get it fixed. Super pleasant guy, cost was right in the range that I was expecting it to be, and honestly if I ever have any other plumbing issues, I already know I have a reliable company to reach out to.

My toilet wouldn't stop running and i needed professional help. Justin was so easy to coordinate a visit with. , He responded quickly to my inquiry and answered my questions very honestly up front, making me feel very comfortable to schedule a visit. He was also really communicative so i knew when to expect him, and when he arrived, he was so nice, and discussed the issue to get all the facts so that he could help me in the best possible way. We decided that replacing the faulty parts was not as cost effective as a new toilet. Justin even did the shopping for me and sent me pictures and recommendation. My new toilet is perfect- its a great brand, was installed perfectly, and works great! Justin's work is really clean and METICULOUS and the invoice was completely fair with no surprises. If i ever need handtwotk in the future, it would be J&M for sure!!! Thank you for the best service a homeowner ciuld ever ask for! Stellar in every way!!!

I asked J&M to replace a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal in my mother in law's house. They were able to come out same day and install the units I just picked up from the Home Depot. There were a some complexities taking out the old faucet but they solved it with ease and now my MIL has a working sink

I had a great experience. They showed up early and worked hard to resolve the complicated issues with our tub handles. I was worried I'd have to replace the whole handle set but they managed to get it working and were very reasonably priced. They also took a look at an electrical issue for me. Overall it was fantastic and i would recommend!
