James is awesome! I had several projects, as I am preparing to sell my house. My gazebo had a dilapidated roof, and James removed the old one and rebuilt a very nice replacement roof. Then he repaired the lattice on the pergola over my patio. He replaced several broken tiles on my kitchen counter, he replaced the front door lock and handle and adjusted the new lock to fit my existing keys. He replaced roof tiles, and he repaired a sliding glass door that would not slide properly and it had a broken handle. Now is glides easily, and he even adjusted the screen door associated with the repaired sliding glass door. He pulled out my dishwasher and thoroughly cleaned the space where it had been and then he replaced it properly. He even repaired a formal dining room table that had issues with the dowels and bolts on the legs.
The brief information on the projects does not describe the additional complications he encountered along the way. For example the gazebo design had been skewed, so James performed some excellent mathematics to compensate for the flawed design of the original 6-sided non-uniform gazebo. Also, the rafters on the pergola had warped, but James managed to realign it.
I am extremely pleased with the quality of James' work, but that is not the best part. The best part is that James is an honest man and a dependable worker. On top of all of that, he is a very pleasant human being, and I enjoyed getting to know him. I wholeheartedly recommend James, and in the future when I need additional work, I will seek him.

We called James to help us solve a problem my mother was having with pigeons roosting in her rafters at her new home in Fontana. He was out of the area when he took my call, but he made time to fit her in later that afternoon, texting with me often to coordinate his arrival. We bought the materials intending to install the bird repelling devices ourselves, only to find our ladder fell short. James did an outstanding job installing the bird spikes and chicken wire, and quoted what I felt was below market price for the service.James was amiable and competent. I am so happy that we have found a reliable and reasonable handman that we can feel confident will respond quickly to our next call!

Wonderful business etiquette. I was in serious need of a reliable person to check out and fix what was causing the newly installed, GFCI outlets to fail inspections at one of my units. I appreciated the fact that James was very informative. He also responded to my query as to the possible charge. He provided me with a reasonable base rate, and informed me that the final amount would depend on what actually needed to be done.

He made himself available that very same day. After spending an extensive amount of time at the unit he not only figured out the problem but he also fixed it. Turns out that the prior handyman had crossed the wires. The ending charge was reasonable. More importantly, the tenant was pleased and the outlets are now properly wired. Whoopee.
