Josh was a breath of fresh air after dealing with another plumbing co. Replaced the water heater in my townhome and helped me deal with my home warranty co to offset most of the cost. He showed up when he said he would and also arranged for an electrician he recommended to do some related work. If you're in Incline or nearby, Josh is your guy.

He helped me install a washer / dryer unit that had to fit into a very tight space. After some great plumber yoga he was able to reach down the side of my laundry closet and connect the vent. He also took on a change order on the spot and removed the air bumbles from my hydro heating system. I highly recommend Josh at JM Plumbing to anyone in Incline Village. I want to highly recommend JM Plumbing for going above and beyond after Josh repaired our boiler heating system. Our heater recently stopped working just as winter arrived. The inside house temperature was 53 degrees. In a panic, called Josh and left a message. When he returned my call, I explained the situation. Even though he was already on another job, he agreed to drop by to take a look at my heater. After arriving, Josh quickly figured out the problem and repaired everything right away.
