JM Plumbing came recommended on FB .. I called on a Sunday to request a Hot water install .. He came out same day , no extra charge and had it fixed in no time !! I will definitely use in the future!! I appreciate the service !!
I do feel it's worth noting, he doesn't take card.. Check or he let me PayPal since I don't own checks lol ... I appreciate the service

Stated early morning contact would be made. Afternoon came and I simply could not reach JM Plumbing on a warranty job done before on a Sump Pump. Eventually I had to leave the house. No return call and no return text. The basement was taking water and I had to bring in emergency service. I want to support local businesses, but this was just weird considering I was trying to back up the warranty on the original job. Communication is a must. If your not coming, just say so, no foul in that. Live, learn and move on but I wish them the best.

We called JM Plumbing in a panic when my septic began to back up into the basement of the house my husband and I just purchased 3 weeks ago! They answered the phone immediately and responded to my home quickly. It turned out that my septic ejector pump quit working and caused a stoppage in one of the lines. He worked very hard to get our system back in working order and I was pleasantly shocked to see that the price was not nearly as much as I had expected. They even worked with our home warranty to try to get them to cover as much as possible. I will definitely be using this company again should I have the need.
