We've been very happy with the services from JM Plumbing. They've been to our house several times since we purchased it just over a year ago, for different issues, and they are always her when they say they'll be and professional and efficient!

I appreciated the job well done by this company. I had a very difficult plumbing job that included a wet tap into the sewer line and this company made the job, well a lot less painful. They were not the cheapest company, but you usually get what you pay for. I was glad to pay these guys as they earned every penny and my respect. Scotty was honest, respectful and they were on time and NICE. We had a couple of hurdles to jump with permitting and they were champs. They worked with the county and were there for inspections. They did everything they said they would do for the price they quoted to the penny. I cannot ask for anything more. Thank you

I did not have a positive experience with this plumber. Owner lacks customer service skills and a price was not quoted prior to doing work. Job was overpriced. Owner uses foul language with customers.

This company came to my home to unplug a pipe. Instead of pulling the toilet to run the snake he ran it down the toilet and scratched my toilet in my guest bathroom in three places. My husband called and spoke to him three times and a lady several times. His answer each time is I'm working on it. So I called him today and he's still working on it. He insist that the scratches will go away. They are not simple scratches. They will not go away. He got very nasty and said I'm not buying you a new toilet. I never ask him to buy a toilet I ask him to fix it. He should know how to do that being that he's in that business. Instead he would rather get loud. The toilet should have been pulled instead of taking the lazy way out and he knows that. I have never talk to such a rude person.

we had a water hater replaced yesterday the heater was covered by the company it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to exchange the first quote was 435.00 bucks the tank was just a little bit higher so they took out the brass fittings and put cheap pvc pipe and shut off valve the man called the boss tld him of the change then it went up to 535.00 bucks just the work I will not recommend these clowns they will rip you off they only care about them selves there way over priced so in all there no good over priced my advise get some body that's better

BBB Website 07/25/2018 JM's plumber started a fire in the wall of our house when using a blow torch on the outside wall. Not all of the damage was repaired. No response. We called JM Plumbers to repair a leaking """"bib"""" faucet on the outside of the house. The plumber used a blow torch to install a new faucet. After he left, we smelled smoke and when entering our bedroom found smoke billowing from our built in vanity/sink area in the master bedroom. We ran to the back of the house and the house was on fire. Two fire trucks, an ambulance and an investigator were called. We have the investigators information. JM repaired outside damage, cleaned the carpet/smoke damage in our house, replaced the mirror that was damaged. A few months later, we noticed that the bottom of the built in vanity had collapsed from water damage due to the firemen housing down the vanity from inside the house. This was verified by the sub contractor used by JM Plumbers. I have his contact information. The owner refuses to answer our calls to repair this damage. We simply want repairs/replacement so that our house is in the condition it was in before the fire.
