I want to highly recommend JM Plumbing for going above and beyond after Josh repaired our boiler heating system. Our heater recently stopped working just as winter arrived. The inside house temperature was 53 degrees. In a panic, called Josh and left a message. When he returned my call, I explained the situation. Even though he was already on another job, he agreed to drop by to take a look at my heater. After arriving, Josh quickly figured out the problem and repaired everything right away. He even spotted a potential problem with our water heater vent and fixed that as well. I will be using JM Plumbing for all of my future plumbing and heating needs. Colin. Incline Village, NV.

Thank you Josh. I highly recommend JM. He quickly fixed my nonfunctioning garbage disposal and checked my water heater. Our pipes froze at about 3 AM this winter. I contacted Josh that day and he was here several hours later. He worked after hours into the dark night in the freezing cold inside and outside the house. Josh solved a difficult issue with aplomb.

Josh is a stand up guy and a great plumber. We had a sewage pipe leak under our cabin and he showed up right away, put a quick patch on the leak, then came back once the sh*t was cleaned up and properly repaired the pipe. BTW, he was replacing and repairing the work another plumber did the year before. His prices were in line with the market, he was polite, clean, professional, and kept us updated. He also referred a service to come sanitize the crawl space. Gotta respect him for even being willing to crawl into a basement filled with standing waste water.

I couldn't help but notice a bunch of people are leaving negative reviews who recently moved to Incline Village, drove up the demand for services, and are now b*tching about guys like Josh being too overwhelmed with work to respond to everyone immediately. He's the top rated local guy for a reason- he does solid work and he's local to Incline. Call a crappy Reno company and see what results you get... if they can make it over 431 in the winter.

You're creating your own problems. If you don't like it here then STFU and move back to the Bay.
