I had used Josh for a few minor repairs in the past. This was a much bigger job for me. Installing a hot water heater, bringing a shut off valve from the crawl space under my condo to the hall closet and plumbing for an ice maker. Josh knew our HOA President and laid all the ground work with him for shutting water to half the complex.

I had a big electrical problem and Josh made a phone call to an electrician who came over and rearranged his schedule to help me. I was grateful the electrical problem happened while Josh was here, as he is highly competent and well connected in the community.

Start to finish he is proffessional and trusted.

Josh answered the phone when I called, then made it to Kings Beach in 15 minutes in time for PUD to show up and turn the water back on after shutting off the broken irrigation system.

Handled my elderly mother with care and got her water back on.

Not cheap but you get what you pay for - especially with the whole thing fixed start to finish in an hour.

Josh was a pleasure to work with and did a great job installing a water heater and nest thermostat for us today. He was an excellent communicator and kept us informed as he balanced multiple jobs. He completed the job in a timely fashion.

Let me start off by saying Josh and his JM Plumbing Services company deserves 5 STARS *****. Quality of Work - 5 STARS. Knowledge base - 5 STARS. Reliability - 5 STARS. I have an Airbnb rental home in Incline Village and the renters called me on a Saturday night and said there was no hot water. There were 20 people waiting to take a hot shower after a fun day of skiing. It appears one of two water heater tanks had sprung a leak and was no longer usable. I called JM Plumbing Services and Josh was at my place witihin 45 minutes. Within the hour, he separated the unusable water heater by cutting and capping off the water pipes allowing the one remaining water to be used. My happy renters were able to take their hot showers. Since the one remaining water heating was also past it's useful life, I asked Josh what type of replacement water heater he recommended. He convinced me to go tankless and go with a Navien NPE-240A tankless water heater. I have four full bathrooms so I needed a high capacity hot water system. I researched it and just as Josh as stated to me, Navien is a very high efficient and low maintenance product and the NPE-240A was the right size. Josh installed the tankless heater a few days laters just in time for my next Airbnb guests. I'm able to run all of the showers at the same time without hot water loss. The quality of his work is unsurpassed! What I like about Josh is he takes his time to explain in detail what the water situation is and what the recommended remedy is. I learned a lot from him which furthered my confidence in Josh and his company. Josh also installs hydronic(base board) heating systems which is what I have. My current boiler heater is over 37 years old and needs to be replaced. Looking forward to having Josh come out and replace it in the spring. Give Josh and JM Plumbing Services a try! You won't be disappointed!

Josh called back the same day I left a message about a leak in kitchen sink. We scheduled an appt and he arrived on time. After discovering the source of the leak, he contacted manufacturer to get replacement cost at no charge. He kept me up to date about expected delivery. He again arrived on time and left the area neat and clean. Very professional...job well done!

Josh took his lunch break from another job to help me out when a dishwasher hose broke. Under two hours from the time I called to the time it was fixed. Granted, this is probably an outlier situation because he's quite popular around town and in this case the timing was just right, but what it says to me is he's willing to go the extra mile to help people out and get the job done.

He was professional, knowledgable and friendly. Very happy I made the call.

Josh, came through when I needed him. Reasonable price and committed to excellence. He told me job would get done in a certain day and unfortunately another job went late into the afternoon. He called me around 4 to say he was on his way because initially I told him I had a deadline. Well things opened up so I told him to go home, the next day was no problem. I was impressed by his commitment to follow through on his original agreement.

I called Josh at 10:00pm after our renter called telling us there was a large leak in our condo.
He was professional, calmed me down and arrived at the condo the next day as promised.
He quickly found the problem and fixed it, with little additional damage to the home. And all at a very reasonable price!
