JM Plumbing is a terrific company to do business with. They do quality work at an affordable price, and they are very responsive to service calls. I recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Jaime is very helpful and professional, and I appreciated his timeliness in responding to a backup in my sewer line. We asked for them to use the camera to determine the issue and there was a plug in our sewer line of built up toilet paper that occured due to the low flow water toilets in our home. I realize we all need to conserve water, but those low flow toilets do cause issues within the sewer line. We are going to replace our toilets with the normal water usage toilets to avoid this issue in the future.

On a separate incident, we used JM Plumbing for a different repair needed. A month ago, we were notified by the city that there was a potential water leak on our side of the water main. We checked the basement and sure enough, there was a leak and our basement had about an inch of standing water in it. We tried to get our home warranty company to fix it, and they said it wasn't a covered expense. When we looked at a homeowner insurance claim, the deductible was higher than the quote we received from JM Plumbing to replace the water line coming into the home. We contracted to have JM Plumbing to replace the water line and saved over $500 vs using the homeowners insurance.

Their slogan makes me laugh. It's funny, and it's accurate.

As a long-time homeowner I've seen it all. I assure you, doing business with JM Plumbing was, for me, a costly disaster. Let me explain.

My main sewer line was apparently plugged up. I had water standing on the floor. It, however did drain after a few hours to a day. But, I knew it was not working right. JM Plumbing sent the husband and another young man out and they snaked the main and the secondary. They claimed they found very few roots. They claimed they could not fix the secondary because my problem was I needed a totally need sewer.

THEY LEFT ME WITH A FLOODED FLOOR. IT WAS DRY BEFORE THEY WORKED ON IT.

They said they'd have a quote for me in a day or two to put a sewer in. Well, they did not get me a quote (for which I'm grateful.) The office woman never one time answered my emails and was quite nasty on the phone. Or I'll just say unfriendly. Not professional. But she's young and they've only been in business a few years.

So I hired a very good, very professional crew to put in a new sewer line. Cost? Around $6000. I was cleaning the floor in the basement which by now was black and smelly. Yes, JM Plumbing left me with that. They did not check the P-trap that was causing the trouble. They just wanted to snake and get paid.

While washing the floor and after the new sewer was in, I found the water would not drain. We checked it and the P-Trap needs work done to it. So professional with good reputation is coming tomorrow to fix it. Oh, and the sewer. Yes, I did need one. BUT, there were a lot of roots at the far end. JM did not go as far as they said they did. I paid them $140 after being told by the Mrs. it would be $120. Not worth either price.

I suggest when you need a plumber, call one of our people who have been around a long time and have good reputations. Someone who your friends and neighbors have used and been treated right by them. My neighbors recommended Amazing Experts - sewer and drain cleaning service and I am SO glad I got them. Such a difference. Experience and good business goes a long was.

Another 5 star review for JM Plumbing. We hired them for a difficult task, a shower drain broken under a concrete slab. They showed up on time (early) prepared to give a us a bid and an estimation on time. They found another issue with a line that was about to break. They showed us the evidence and gave us an additional price. We had them do the additional work because it made sense while the concrete was torn up. There was no pressure, and they would have completed the original portion with the original bid.

I can't say enough about how friendly and forthcoming they were. The work was performed at my mother's house, and we were both completely comfortable with them being there with her alone. Great people, great work.

I had requested different quotes and had different people and some telling me I needed to do more than what I had to, shower drain repair. One day one of my friends referred me to JM plumbing, and at first I was skeptical not only cause never heard of it but my initial thoughts of the person assisting me. Jaime could not have been more courteous and helped me with high professionalism. I told him what I was told, and got to work. He took the time to explain everything I needed and the only parts that needing fixing. Worked fast and also made sure everything was cleaned before leaving. Jaime made this look so easy and painless not just for my house but for my pocket. Fantastic job!!
