JM PLUMBING came to my house because I experienced flooding when I used the washing machine. The toilet in the half-bath, in the utility room, overflowed and FLOODED the entire room. JM PLUMBING came out and ran a SMALL SNAKE down the drain and the toilet flushed without trouble. BUT, when I used the washing machine, again, I experienced another FLOOD. JM PLUMBING came out and said the toilet was flushing, even though I explained to him that when I used the washing machine, it flooded and please use a longer snake, but he insisted that it was fixed. The next time I used the washing machine, I experienced another FLOOD. I called him but he did not come to solve my problem, we called, again, and left a message, to return our money because the problem wasn't solved.
We called another plumber and he used a LONGER SNAKE and the

problem was solved.
I have waited over a week to see if JM PLUMBING would return our money, but he did not even return our call.
