Had a leak in the outside faucet. Turned out, it needed a gasket, that's great took 15 minutes to replace and was charged 150 +change. When I called the business # the owner answered ""what"". Never called previously except to request a plumber. Never again!

Once I dug down and found the ""issue"", I realized that I was in over my head. I rolled the dice and called JM Plumbing.
I am glad that I did. He set reasonable expectations and kept me in the loop.
He and his assistant had me back in business in no time.

I discovered I had no hot water on Thursday night and had droves of company coming for Father's Day weekend. I called JM Plumbing Friday morning and Jacob was there within an hour, when the competition told me they were 7 days out. Jacob was efficient, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Best part is he got the job done and corrected my problem and the cost was very reasonable!!! I would recommend him to everyone and use him the next time I need his services.

Called for a COLD water drip they came out tried to ""fix"" the problem only creating a lot more , cant get water unless directly in the middle turn a touch to much and it goes off. They ordered new cartridges , came back to ""fix"" the problem with the new cartridges that simply dont work and now we have to use a wrench to turn on and off the water and he wants to charge us $500 to fix their mess up..... and to think it all started with a small cold water drip !

What in the world, did I just call a plumber or did I call an MD or a lawyer?!...
INSANE.... out of your mind.... and out of your pocket! What ...? is he gassing up a plane?... Is this legal, $100 hourly for travel and charging for round trip?!.... that's what they charge. Better call another that only charges $65 service call or even better off calling Reno !..
No conscience nowadays!

Ps... Herlong is a 45 minute drive from Susanville he wants $100x2 just for the drive?!...

I had a backed up toilet in a rental in Lake Almanor. First I called Slusher the main plumber in the area. Got an estimate over the phone and it was truly outrageous - highway robbery. they take advantage of the fact that they are the only game in town, So I decided to call JM Plumbing out of Susanville. Jacob just happened to be doing another job in the area, and he said he could go over and look at it when he got done. He got the problem fixed quickly, reasonably and honestly. His rates were much lower than Slusher. I was very happy with him, and so he'll be replacing a couple of faucets next.
