To say that James and company provide an absolutely incredible service is an understatement. From when we first met James almost 3 years ago to having him stop by a few weeks ago to have him reassess the situation, the experience has been excellent. He is knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with he an his team goes the extra mile. Joe did a great job installing and the patch work and follow up were at services levels of days gone by. Honest, trust worthy, and a pleasure to partner with. Shana in the back of the house is great too. Very efficient. You don't get service like this anymore. But with James you do. Thanks!!

I wish I could give a rating, but unfortunately Mr Pazakis, while swiftly answering me when I asked for a quote through Yelp, does not have any available appts till the end of Sept.

As I have a hot water heater that is on the verge of failure, I can't wait.

It would have been helpful if Mr Pazakis could have told me his schedule, instead of asking me to give information to his office to generate a quote, and waiting days until I called them and was informed by the scheduler about Sept.

P.S., 7/22. Mr Pazakis reached out during his vacation and was most helpful. Though we couldn't come to an agreement, I appreciate his taking time.
