My furnace died on a very cold night. I called at 8 the next morning Austin and Cyrus showed up 40 minutes later. They diagnosed the problem, but the part had to be ordered. They did a temporary fix, so we had heat until the part came in. They thoroughly explained everything and gave a price for the repair and parts. The part came in and Austin installed it promptly and insured everything was working correctly. Very professional cleaned up after the work. I will definitely use them for further repairs!

Motor died in our compressor. Repair was quick and inexpensive. They had the part in their shop and their workers were very helpful and friendly.

Mitchell from JM Mechanical came out to do a diagnostic visit on our A/C that quit working. I was fully expecting to need to shell out for an expensive blower motor replacement but he discovered it was just a bad capacitor which ended up being a lot cheaper than I had planned.

I called the office and they came out the next day and now my A/C works great!!

This place is a lying joke, are gas fireplace stopped working in November 2020
we called JM they come right out to see what was wrong they told us they would order the part when it came they would be out to fix it

we was calling them once a week every-time they would tell us the part was in Canada,
Finally we smartened up called chimney sweeper
a week later we are using are fireplace March 2021

P S chimney sweep got the part from Ogden not Canada somebody needs to tell the truth what a waste of a few months we believed there was a part coming no wonder no one wants to support these little businesses I would never recommend this business

We had a heater go out in a hotel room for our business. I called and they quoted me a great price. They installed the unit VERY quickly! Quicker than what they said it would be. The guys who installed it were very nice and professional. They were knowledgeble and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my experience with this business. It was a relief to finally find a company that was easy to work with and I felt like they took care of us.
