I thought that JM maintenance would be great, until he didn't show up on the first day of scheduling. And the second appointment time, giving the benefit of the doubt rescheduled for the same day, and then was late. Communication was poor and when expected to just be around the house it's very difficult. Unfortunately, the lack of communication got to me. The work he did was good, fast, and looks good.

Waste of time for him and us. I dont understand people that come and promise a bid and they dont reply? Professionalism should at least let the customer know that they cant provide a bid versus totally ghosting people. Terrible!

Juan has been my handy man for over two years now. When we were looking to place our first property on the market, we needed our cabinets painted and Juan and his son completed the job in two days. Not only that, he ripped out the carpet, installed the hardwood flooring, baseboards, and did the clean up in our new home. He has installed appliances, done electrical work as well as plumbing for me in the past. He's reliable, trust worthy, knowledgeable, and maintains reasonable prices.

Look no further Juan and his son are an awesome team. They can do much more than the basic job I needed them for, including plumbing, and electrical. I got bids from $75 to $250 to do a simple installation of hanging two drapery rods. I realize that there is a minimum that has to be charged, but some of these bids were a joke. Juan answered the phone and was available within a couple of days to do the work, even though it was a small job. I really appreciated this, since I was really looking forward to getting my drapes up as soon as possible. Please give him a call, he will not overcharge or keep you waiting a long time. He also accommodated me with a late evening timeframe due to my work hours!

Called him on Monday and agreed to meet Tuesday. Before confirming the appointment, I double checked if he is available this week, b/c I needed to get some stuff done around the house urgently, and he said yes, he would have the time to finish everything this week.
Then, never showed up on Tuesday. Didn't call or text to explain why.
