Juan came through with his assistant and helped re-install my over the range microwave. I had bought microwave from Home Depot and they delivered and installed but a few months after, the microwave became loose. When pulling handle to open microwave, it would pull the whole microwave from wall so was hanging loose in the air. Not only is Juan's pricing is fair, his availability worked for me . 5 stars !

I needed help to find a mouse in my car. Not knowing who to call i went to yelp and searched under handyman and contacted JM Maintenance. Juan agreed to look for the mouse in my car. He tore apart the molding, looked under the seats, under the hood, inside the glove compartment, in the trunk, inside where the jack hammer is kept; but to no luck. We did find evidence of the mouse on how it was getting into my car was through the vents. Juan suggested placing sticky mouse traps in my car. I also bought mouse bait traps to place inside my car.
Juan is an excellent handyman. No job is too small or too big for him. I highly recommend Juan for any handyman job you may have!

Juan and his son were the most reasonable quote I received on Yelp. They arrived on time, and did a quick and freat job. Unfortunately he didn't have matching paint for the ceiling repair and with the long lines at Home Depot due to COVID19, he did the best he could. Still looks good. I'd use his service again!!
