Juan was so quick and helpful! Our 75"" TV was falling off the wall due to a flimsy mount, so we called Juan at JM Maintenance in a hurry on the weekend. Not only did he answer the phone immediately, he came out within an hour (on his day off!) and handled the situation that very day! He purchased new sturdy TV mount and had the TV up in no time. He also replaced a solar motion sensor light on the side of the house and had that done the same day too. Juan is very nice and easy to work with, and really helped us out in a pinch. He will be our to-to guy for any handyman help we need moving forward. Thank you Juan for the help! We definitely recommend and appreciate you!

Hired to do some plumbing work he came out to start the work then he said he would not go under the house even though I had asked him specifically if the work under the house was included and he said yes.

I thought that JM maintenance would be great, until he didn't show up on the first day of scheduling. And the second appointment time, giving the benefit of the doubt rescheduled for the same day, and then was late. Communication was poor and when expected to just be around the house it's very difficult. Unfortunately, the lack of communication got to me. The work he did was good, fast, and looks good.

Waste of time for him and us. I dont understand people that come and promise a bid and they dont reply? Professionalism should at least let the customer know that they cant provide a bid versus totally ghosting people. Terrible!
