Woke up this morning to find a leak in our storage area downstairs with water everywhere. Zach Mininger came, assessed the situation and it was fixed. Highly recommend this company and Zach! They will now be our go to plumbers.

I have always done my best to deal with local businesses as much as possible. Having recently purchased an old home, I found myself in need of some immediate plumbing issues that I was unable to handle. I reached out first to this company, as they were the closest ""local"" plumbing business. I explained to them that I had replumbed some of the supply lines in my home, but that the drain line system needed replacement. I began my quest for help with an email, that culminated in two phone calls throughout the course of a week from them asking for more details on the project, only to have someone call me at week's end and tell me their ""sales team"" were not interested in the project. They never even came out to look at it or give me an estimate. It took them a week of my time dealing with a plumbing issue in my house to tell me they didn't want to help me. I have a lot of outdoor plumbing I need done at some point and I would like to upgrade my self done handiwork in the future. I was hoping that in the meantime I could establish a relationship with this company. I will move on. I'm sure that their work is solid. I'm sure they treat the customers they choose to help with care. It was just very disappointing to have staked my hopes for a solution to my problem on a local business that took a whole week to be, ""Nah, not interested"". I'm not impressed. I wouldn't recommend them. They never gave me a reason to do so.

We didn't call them directly, we called our rental facility. But they came out not even an hour later to check out our water heater issue. Even after 5 o'clock he came out. Very nice man! Checked all our water levels and all. Made sure we were all set and had every questioned asked and everything. Recommend them HIGHLY. Very thankful they came out same day to fix everything!
