FIVE STAR SERVICE! Do not hesitate hiring this man. Jorge was prompt, very neat in his work, and went over and above what we asked for. He asked him to hang two large TVs and a soundbar. My wife came in the room and wanted a slight adjustment. Without hesitation, Jorge made it. He even snaked our wires through the wall. Aside from doing great work, he was incredibly friendly and funny. He also cleaned up and kept a tidy work area.

I am sorry to have to update my review. Not sure if my first review led to Jorge becoming so busy that he no longer returns calls or texts. After many attempts he finally got back to me and I gave him a list of the many things I needed done in my house. Jorge requested a detailed list from me and we scheduled a date for the work to commence. Two days prior, I received a text from Jorge that he was injured and could not start the job. I was very understanding and told him to keep me in the loop as to when he will be working again. I have texted him and called several times leaving messages for him. Unfortunately, it has been 2 weeks and I have not received a text or a phone call back as to what his current status is. Not the way I expect to be treated- especially after my first glowing review.

I requested a quote not thinking that Jorge would not only respond so quickly, but be able to come over and fix my light switch this evening! Very quick, but thorough. Will definitely be using his services again!

This is a late post, but we looked around for different handymen to come install a dish washer into our kitchen. We got over 4 quotes with Jorge being the only one who came over to look prior to giving us a quote. Noted he wasnt the cheapest quote, but we appreciated that he came and saw what he had to do so we wouldn't have any unforseen costs. It wasn't your normal simple dishwasher installation. We had to redo our cabinetry to fit the dishwasher. Basically he cut our cabinets in half and put them back together to fit the dishwasher. He also installed our new sink, which he has to cut through our countertop and then make a new piece to fit the new sink and move it over to the right with our new faucet. It was quoted as a two day job, but it took him 2.5 days. He came back two days later time finish. There were a lot of unforseen issues especially with our old apt pipes. But Jorge took care of all that as stated before because he came and looked he prepared in case this would happen. Over all he was very friendly, prompt and quick with communication. Glad to have a local handyman when we need it.

Jorge did a great job installing my in-ground mailbox and he did it in 37 degree weather. The man is a champion and I plan on calling him for all of the things I don't know how to do. Highly recommended.

I am very sad writing this poor review for Jorge who I thought would become a new resource for general handyman things around my home. I found Jorge on Yelp with his outstanding reviews and just knew my experience would be similar.

Jorge responded quickly and followed up to fix my running toilet the same day. He purchased the tool kit needed and took about 20 minutes to fix the issue. He was pleasant and honest enough to inform me I needed another piece to deter my toilet from breaking down sooner and he would return the following day to complete the job. I made the big mistake of paying Jorge in full for his labor because he never returned. We communicated back and forth via text and he stood me up twice with days he was supposed to show and never did. (I have the saved texts) I was VERY flexible with Jorge since he informed he was working in my neighborhood and actually could walk home from my apt. I thought he would make arrangements to finish the last bit of work but to my dismay he never did. I was the one always contacting him to complete the work and for this unprofessional behavior he gets 2 stars.

Shame on you Jorge for your unprofessionalism and incomplete work when you were paid in full. Shame on me for paying you in full when you didn't complete the work, lesson learned. Clearly by all of the other reviews, Jorge does great work. However, for any company or services that you pay for you expect a sense of integrity and reliable services and Jorge missed the mark with these characteristics.

I came home one evening from work only to find my two lovely cats had brought down the curtains n the curtain rod was hanging half way. I live on the 1st floor so it was extremely important to have someone fix it asap. After searching for a handy man on Yelp I sent a request for a quote quite late at night but Jorge responded quickly with a fair price and came in the next morning and fixed it within minutes. He is very organized, professional and reasonably priced. (There were companies that wanted to charge me between $100-130) I would definitely recommend Jorge and will be hiring him again!!

I highly recommend Jorge. I had a broken pipe under the kitchen sink and he was quick to provide a quote as well as various options for the fix. When it turned out my piping issues were more severe than I thought, he took the time to explain what was wrong and what could be done to fix the issue. Once we agreed on the plan of action, he got the required parts and fixed my issue. Jorge's prices were reasonable and I loved how quick he was able to schedule me on such short notice. I will definitely go to him for future plumbing needs.
