I would not recommend this business. They drained the water tank into the washer drain and after they were done they did not put the washer hose back into the drain. So water was found everywhere after someone did a load of laundry. When I called to inform he said, ""that's not my fault. The person doing the laundry should have known to put it back."" This company did not take accountability for their actions. At least own your mistakes when you mess up.

You said my review was a, ""revenge review."" People have the right to know so they can know what to expect when they hire you. That's what reviews are for.

With our nearly 20 year old water heater deciding it was time to kick the bucket, I called John. He sent me a quote and came out in the same day with a new Bradford White water heater (from what I could tell, they're top of the line). John was fast, super friendly, knowledgeable, and the price was much better than I expected! We're excited to have hot showers again!
