Came exactly on time, did a good and quick job. In fact I left after a couple minutes and just let him go to work. An hour later, job was finished and I sent him payment. Can't ask for an easier experience.

Very rude employees they say free estimates but when they come they charge $300 for an inspection. Very shady work. Will never recommend anyone tried to charge me $500 to install a toilet. Very dishonest company.

I needed a quick replacement of my washing machine water supply valves and found JLB Plumbing through Yelp. Jeremy was very responsive and provided me with a fair quote, including an estimated time for completion and potential unlikely complication that may impact the estimated time. However, due to his high workload that day, he informed me that he was unable to make the visit that day and offered to have his partner complete the job if that was acceptable to me. His business partner visited on the agreed time. He was very professional and completed the job within the estimated time. I would highly recommend Jeremy, as he was very straightforward, reasonable, and stayed within communication to ensure that things were handled smoothly.

Called around for various price quotes on doing a quick flush of my tankless system and Jeremy provided the best quote. Phone call was quick and no fluff just his quote and some questions about the system. Set up an appointment via text and he came out promptly and as noted in his text to me. He answered my questions and got to work, no upselling. About an hour later he finished up and I paid. His price was fair for the amount of work that was done vs the quoting me significantly higher costs for a fairly simple job that doesn't require a lot of manual labor. Just set and forget for an hour.

Overall, the important things was that he was fair, honest, and reliable. Can't ask for more than that.

Jeremy was responsive on a Sunday via Yelp to my RELIEF. He was able to schedule me for Monday and checked in with me prior to arrival in the afternoon. My repair needed a part so Jesse came the next day with the part and fixed up my leaky tub spout good as new. They're super highly recommended and I'd definitely use them again!!!
