I have used JL Wagner Plumbing on 4 different residences, mostly in St. Charles. They have been courteous, on time, reasonably priced (not cheapest or most expensive) BUT they have helped trouble shoot problems others created, helped with remodeling, assisted in getting ready for resale, helped with clogs, new disposals, etc, etc. Very reliable company. They have assisted in getting hold of rare parts for older Grohe fixtures that we couldn't find. Really have relied on them for many plumbing issues in four residences. We have a new house now and plan to finish the basement, and will be installing a large bathroom, family room with bar, and laundry room. We definitely will call on them for help for the fifth house.
