Hired Jesus for couple of different plumbing needs. cartridge valve needed replacement, whole house water shut off valve repair, vanity faucet replacement and fix leak in the sink shutoff valve. We messaged J&L after installing a new washing machine and the packing on the very old valves in the garage were leaking. They came out the next afternoon to scope out parts needed. Went out and couldn't find them immediately but got what they needed and came back first this Friday to do the repair. They were extremely friendly, polite and kept me informed. The job cost exactly what they estimated (labor plus parts). My ancient galvanized plumbing led to me having to shut off our hot water and get help. J&L were quick to respond so I booked them for the next day. Jesus was prompt and communicative. Worked efficiently and tackled the problem rapidly and got the old rusted nipple out, and also noticed the sink basket was leaking so he replaced that as well. Good price and my house is back in business with hot water.
