Awesome job. Can't thank them enough for clearing out a clogged pipe that had been clogged since the lockdown started March 2020. I kept saying I'd get someone over when the pandemic is over but that never really came and the Clog just kept persisting. He gave the fastest quote and best price and came over and after a few hours, the clog and it's other clog friends that I didn't know about were all cleared. Masks were worn the whole time, no issue there either. Will be using them again since now we know how are pipes have to be maintained and they need a yearly cleaning. Also, I have had 2 plumbers check out our pipes over the past few years about unrelated clogs and they never fixed the entire issue and would tell me that something was funky with the piping and they would have to remove the outside concrete to see what's the matter and then resolve it. How much that would be? Who knows? Louis however has a handy dandy cam that goes in and he can just see the problem and then told me the solution. Way better than just ruining your front yard on a hunch.

We had a clogged kitchen drain issue and Luis was quick to respond to our inquiry. During the initial investigation, Luis and Rafael were able to identify the root problem that required reconfiguration of drain pipes. They committed to come back to start/finish the job the very next day and made it happen. They were friendly, professional and had masks on the whole time. Very happy with them! Luis came out the same day I contacted them back when it last rained super hard in the last week of December 2020. Our backyard had flooded into our garage bc our drains were super backed up. He worked hard and relentlessly in the rain and in the dark (brought his own lighting of course)! Could tell he was passionate about his job and made sure to show and communicate all of the work he was doing. Gave us some preventative recommendations too!
Fast forward to today where it's been raining all night and day. Our drains have totally held up! Thank you Luis!! Would use him again for sure!!

Luis is a meticulous hard working person and I am so glad to have found him. He took a very good care of my clogged sink. He was quick with the appointment, on time and did a careful job. He made sure he wore shoe covers when he was inside and was masked the whole time. I would definitely hire him again.

I contacted J&L Plumbing because my water pipe makes pounding sounds every time when I turn on water in the second floor bathroom. Luis responded to me immediately of what the potential issues may be and he was able to came for an in person inspection the same day. After he assessed the issue he said the water pipe sound could be caused by high water pressure or the water pipe wasn't strap properly. He offered to measure my water pressure for no costs which was very nice of him. It turns out my water pressure falls within the normal range which means the other cause is the water pipe wasn't strap properly. Luis provided me with a quote while he was on site and didn't pressure me to proceed with the work at all. Also, while Luis was on site, he inspected my water heater and recommended some repairs for future which was very nice of him. I will definitely keep J&L on my contact list for piping or water heater issues in the future!

Answers calls and is responsive, which is a big plus.

Had to keep pushing back the appointment time (was wondering why he didn't show up) and didn't accept PayPal, Venmo, of zelle. Otherwise, would be 5 stars.

Luis and his co-worker came out around 9:30pm during the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. The estimate he gave over the phone was for coming on Monday or Tuesday, but he called and said they could make it out on Sunday night. They both were very professional, and worked on clearing out a clog that was in the line leading to the main sewer. Luis took time to explain each step of the process. They were able to complete the work around midnight. The estimate quoted was the amount they charged. Would highly recommend their services.
