J & l plunbing is so great. We had two broken showers. This could have been a very expensive fix, but i explained i just dont have alot of money and he fixed two baths for me for 1/2 the price. He also took a look at my brand new broken heater. He made sure all was good. Fixed that also. I didnt know about the air filter. He taught me for free. I highly recommend J & L plumbing.

Luis and I agreed he would be at my house on Monday at 8am. When he doesn't arrive by 8:45 I message him and say where are you. He apologized and says to reschedule for Wednesday at 8am. He is a no show again so I message him again and he tells me I am not even on his schedule. Totally unprofessional.

Awesome job. Can't thank them enough for clearing out a clogged pipe that had been clogged since the lockdown started March 2020. I kept saying I'd get someone over when the pandemic is over but that never really came and the Clog just kept persisting. He gave the fastest quote and best price and came over and after a few hours, the clog and it's other clog friends that I didn't know about were all cleared. Masks were worn the whole time, no issue there either. Will be using them again since now we know how are pipes have to be maintained and they need a yearly cleaning. Also, I have had 2 plumbers check out our pipes over the past few years about unrelated clogs and they never fixed the entire issue and would tell me that something was funky with the piping and they would have to remove the outside concrete to see what's the matter and then resolve it. How much that would be? Who knows? Louis however has a handy dandy cam that goes in and he can just see the problem and then told me the solution. Way better than just ruining your front yard on a hunch.

We had a clogged kitchen drain issue and Luis was quick to respond to our inquiry. During the initial investigation, Luis and Rafael were able to identify the root problem that required reconfiguration of drain pipes. They committed to come back to start/finish the job the very next day and made it happen. They were friendly, professional and had masks on the whole time.
