Jose is great.
A small fitting on an outside water outlet broke off and water was spraying everywhere. I had to turn off the water to my house. And I started to look for a plumber to help - I needed a better one than I had used previously. I found Jose and saw good reviews on Yelp so I called and made an appointment for later in the afternoon.
I got text confirmations and Jose called when on his way. He was exactly on time.
He is friendly and personable.
The price was quite reasonable.
The entire process, from making the appointment to having the problem fixed to making the payment was easy.

I called in the morning about a drain backing up into the tub, and Jose along with his apprentice trainee arrived the same day to fix the problem. They both had a very professional demeanor and got the job done quickly. They cleaned/sanitized the bathtub before leaving and were very careful about their work. Amazing! Jose was a true professional. His workmanship was flawless and best of all quick. I have dealt with many plumbers over the course of the years and many of them do an ok job, but Jose did amazing. He replaced a faulty valve assembly for my shower and also included a new drainspout to ensure no problems returned. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know.

Jose is outstanding! I had a problem with one of my toilet valve. He came and fix it gave me a ton of good advise and with his 13 years of experience he knows a lot about plumbing. He even checked my water pressure and gave me a lesson on how my water regulator works. I really recommend him for for any plumbing job big or small. Very honest and reasonable rates.

If it is something that he feels like you could do on your own he will give you advice as to how to do it and will save you a lot of money.

I had a plumbing emergency, as a pipe busted in my wall. Initially I tried to go through my home warranty company ( bad decision ), but the plumber they sent our way could not find the leak. From there I decided to call Jose as I happen to insure his company. He was at my house in 30 mins, and found the leak shortly after. He replaced the pipe with ease, and all our concerns were put to rest.

I just had some work done on my plumbing in my kitchen and bathroom. Jose called 30 minutes before coming out to my house to the work on the backup. I have not been able to use my bathroom sink for almost a year. I have has 2 other plumbers out to work on the bathroom sink and was told that there was nothing that could be done to fix it with taring up the wall. Jose came in and fixed the backup in the kitchen. Then he repaired my bathroom sink also. Now I can use it on a daily basis.

I have had Jose come out for 4 different plumbing jobs. From fixing a leak, to installing a new water heater, to replacing a tub in my bathroom. Each and every time he has been dependable, honest and professional. Jose makes sure he explains everything about the job to you as well as putting it in writing and sticking to his price. My one day job turned into 3 because of the condition of my bathroom, but he stuck it out and stuck to his original price and did a beautiful job. He is most concerned that the job is done right and that he leaves you more than satisfied with his work.
Jose is very knowledgeable about codes and makes sure he does everything properly and up to code. I never feel as if I am being cheated with him. He stayed until 10 pm for my emergency water heater issue just to make sure I at least had water until we could replace the heater.

Jose made the painful part of being a homeowner and replacing a bad water heater a little less painful. He came to my house free of charge to look at the issue. Then came back today (SUNDAY) to fix it and didn't charge me anything more. He replaced the water heater and snaked my drains. He worked for almost six hours and only charged me for 4 and also discounted the drains. He explained everything he was doing and why it was important. He knew all the requirements of the county and helped me to understand everything he did and why. He saved me time and money, he was incredibly personable, friendly, and professional. I felt confident he was honest with me and would highly recommend him. And the best part is that it turns out he is actually one of my neighbors. I love SD, such a big but small city. and now I love the peace of mind that I have such a great and honest plumber right around the corner from me.
