My home warranty company hired them to replace a sump pump that had stop working, in April. They came out and replaced my 1/2 hp pump with a 1/3 hp pump. A few days later the check valve went, and there was a hole in the pipe, it was making an awful racket. I called them again. (Sunday) the owner came out and was mad he had to come out. In his haste he left the drainage hoses from the central ac out of the sump pit. I didn't check his work, figured he knew what he was doing. Well, I started using the ac at the end of May, and continued all through June, July, August. I opened up the doors to the crawl space to get something out, and there was water everywhere. I thought the ac had gone bad, I called my home warranty co.again and they sent out a person to check that is when they found the hoses out, and water had ran all under the house. I called JKRZ and got nothing, but denial. I feel it's his fault my crawl space is wet, and it will cost $2000-$4000 to dry out and remove ruined products. JKRZ is not owning up to this. DONT USE THEM, THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE AN ATTITUDE.

Great attitude and workmanship from John and his team. I have had a difficult time dealing with another plumbing company for a nagging issue in my bathroom which he fixed with precision and in a timely manner. Very professional , competent and recommendable team.

John has worked at my house several times and always does great work. He can handle the most challenging projects and uses quality components and can give you ideas to f you're not sure which fixtures to buy. His prices are fair as the work is accurate and well done

The one star is for being here at the scheduled time. This was his second time coming to work on one of our faucets.
First off, while scheduling the appointment, he kept asking us to send him the photos. Our problem was a leaking faucet and a shower that was either to hot or to cold, how do we take a photo of that.
Later in the day ( after he came and ""fixed"" the issues) we noticed our water pressure was very low, and getting worse. Also, our water was not getting hot. After checking it out, we noticed our water was never turned back on. I feel like that's plumbing 101.
To top it all off, he left garbage on the floor and the shower was dirty.

Have an old house amd had a sink problem....JKRZ was Johnny on the spot to not only repair my leaking faucet, but also correct a badly plumbed drain. Everything works fine now. Many thanks.
